discovered a new food tonight

It's called a sweet potato. My sister in law gave me one earlier today, just finished eating it. It came wrapped up in plastic, all you gotta do is microwave it for 5 minutes, unwrap, eat. It's orange in color on the inside, actually tasted really good! I must inquire where she got these.
