First off let me say how much respect I have for you needto. You know you are my boy and I would never disrespect you or step on your toes. I am just posting up my personal opinion based on my experience.
Let me also clarify why I am pissed. I am NOT pissed because it is taking this long for me to get my stuff. I am a very understanding guy as long as I have good reason. I also, however, have little tolerance for those who do not practice proper business etiquette.
I was told that I would receive an e-mail confirming the date of shipment. This never happened. I had to go to their website on my own and check the status of my order to find out the ship date was Dec. 3rd. That is fine..., no big deal. It IS however a big deal when in reality, they did not ship my stuff until the 22nd. Is it possible that the Dec. 22nd shipment was a re-ship due to a problem with the original shipment? Absolutely it is and I totally understand that shit happens. But guess what..., they should have sent me a notification that there was a delay with my order, and it would be quite longer than expected for me to receive my meds. Had they done this, I would have NO PROBLEM whatsoever with them, because I would have had time to make other arrangements to compensate BEFORE I ran out of my meds. The least they could have done is update the status of my order on their website so I could again sign in and find out for myself what was going on. They didn't do that either.
They bottom line is, I know they are cheap as hell, they are a board sponsor, and I should be glad I am getting this stuff at the prices they offer. But their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. I'm sorry guys, but once they have taken the money out of my bank account..., I have a right to be updated on the status of my order if there is a problem.
Also let me express that there is NO FUCKING WAY IN HELL that I would EVER be a corporate puppet, and accept a bribe to get on here and flame a company on behalf of their competition. That is immoral, unethical, and fucking high-school drama bullshit. I have no motive whatsoever in posting up my personal experience with Rxhealth over the past month. I just think the board members have a right to all unbiased opinions on a recommended company regardless if they are a sponsor or not.
