yup even my system auto sends shipping out when i update an order, another thing people will do is accidently type there email in wrong and then it gets kicked back and we cant contact you. Just my 2 cents on the cart/email situation. now there have been rare times when the system glitches and doesnt send emails but that is rare. idk.

Just checked my order and the e-mail is correct. They have NEVER sent me an e-mail other than to answer a ticket I've opened

Now - on 12/23 they supplied me with a tracking number (they did NOT give me any website to track the package) and told me this

Service(s): Registered Mail™
Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

So - I'll wait a few more days - although if the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece - that doesn't tell me the package has actually been sent - now does it.

The auestion is - how much longer do I have to wait??

well for example when i send stuff USPS priority mail it will show for a day or two that they have been notified of the package........now that doesnt mean it was shipped either but it was. Im not trying to discredit your questions or opnion but rather offer another insight, i hope this gets resolved for you quickly.
 
First off let me say how much respect I have for you needto. You know you are my boy and I would never disrespect you or step on your toes. I am just posting up my personal opinion based on my experience.

Let me also clarify why I am pissed. I am NOT pissed because it is taking this long for me to get my stuff. I am a very understanding guy as long as I have good reason. I also, however, have little tolerance for those who do not practice proper business etiquette.

I was told that I would receive an e-mail confirming the date of shipment. This never happened. I had to go to their website on my own and check the status of my order to find out the ship date was Dec. 3rd. That is fine..., no big deal. It IS however a big deal when in reality, they did not ship my stuff until the 22nd. Is it possible that the Dec. 22nd shipment was a re-ship due to a problem with the original shipment? Absolutely it is and I totally understand that shit happens. But guess what..., they should have sent me a notification that there was a delay with my order, and it would be quite longer than expected for me to receive my meds. Had they done this, I would have NO PROBLEM whatsoever with them, because I would have had time to make other arrangements to compensate BEFORE I ran out of my meds. The least they could have done is update the status of my order on their website so I could again sign in and find out for myself what was going on. They didn't do that either.

They bottom line is, I know they are cheap as hell, they are a board sponsor, and I should be glad I am getting this stuff at the prices they offer. But their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. I'm sorry guys, but once they have taken the money out of my bank account..., I have a right to be updated on the status of my order if there is a problem.

Also let me express that there is NO FUCKING WAY IN HELL that I would EVER be a corporate puppet, and accept a bribe to get on here and flame a company on behalf of their competition. That is immoral, unethical, and fucking high-school drama bullshit. I have no motive whatsoever in posting up my personal experience with Rxhealth over the past month. I just think the board members have a right to all unbiased opinions on a recommended company regardless if they are a sponsor or not.

Same here - if the first shipment was lost in transit then why did they not e-mail with any tracking number for the first package??

In fact - in response to a ticket I opened on 12/9 in which I asked - I have yet to receive any e-mail communication regarding the status of my order! My order was dated 02/12/09 - my bank account was charged on 04-12-09 and it's now 09-12-09. Please let me know what is going on - Felicia told me - The package was shipped on Dec 02. Expect it within 3-4 weeks please.

Now - if the package was shipped on 12/2 where is the tracking number for that package to prove it was indeed shipped - they have not supplied it - if the package was lost in transit just what does that mean anyway.

And if you supply me with a tracking number and tell me - We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece in response to a ticket I opened on 12/22 why not also give me a website so I can track the package??

BTW - telling me We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece doesn't tell me that package has ACTUALLY been shipped now does it?

Bottom line - I paid for something that they claim would be received by me within 7-21 days after shipping - it is now 25 days and counting - HOW LONG AM I SUPPOSED TO WAIT UNTIL I GET MY ODER?????

I sent them another ticket asking for the website to track the order that was sent out we know not when - let's see what happens.
 
BTW please go find me another place that sells these kind of products and gives you a tracking number on the pack. Send it to me in a pm I am Just dieing to know if a place like that exists???? I am sure there is 1 or 2 out there. Retarded but i am sure some ones doing it. So send me a pm so I know who it is and to stay the hell away from them.

Actually I do know of one other - takes CC as payment - gives a tracking number - find it yourself
 
i have never seen one give out a tracking number at all, to risky. we are just trying to help out and give possible scenarios as to what happened no need for hostility, we understand your frustration.

I personally never asked for a tracking number, nor did I want one put on my pack. I just wanted to be updated on a relatively consistent basis as to the status of my order. This isn't my first time to the dance here. I understand shit happens, as I said earlier, but with every experience I have had before, the source(s) were very up front, honest, and punctual when it came to informing me of potential delays, setbacks, stock issues ect. I just need an eta..., thats all..., and if the original eta changes..., JUST LET ME KNOW and it won't be a problem!

Also, I retract the statement I made earlier about not receiving an original shipment confirmation e-mail. Needto was correct. There was a e-mail sent on the 3rd which told me my order was initiated and would be shipped within 1-2 buisness days. There was then a second e-mail sent on Dec. 4th informing me that my order had been shipped. They were both in my spam folder. Damn automated machines!!!! The Dec. 4th e-mail was the last e-mail I received from them until I sent them a ticket a few days ago.

This doesn't however solve my main problem. Again, their response to the ticket said it was shipped on the 22nd. This of course differs from the 3rd (what their website says) and/or the 4th (what the shipment confirmation e-mail says). Again, like I said earlier they should have notified me if there was a delay and/or a reship was necessary.

This is all I am going to say about this subject. I am beginning to repeat myself and starting to sound like a whiny little bitch, which I am not. LOL Big fucking deal, and this time next year I won't give a shit. I just wanted to share my experience. Thanks for all of the replies. Sorry about the spam folder misunderstanding. I hate that shit lol!
