My Cutting diet. Need, please critique! I need it!

Whats up guys??!?

I have been working out harrrd to get cut, i did a bulking cycle with beast/tren tfo, and gained some good weight.
Im at 193, 6ft, and 23 yrs old. Been workin out for 4 years, last 8 months verryyyy hard.

My diet currently:

Mourning:
1 piece of whole weat bread
2 pieces of white buffalo cheese
1 cup of skim milk/coffee

After work out
2 scoops of Protein Shake

Lunch
Turkey sandwich
green veggies
Fruit

Mid day snack
100g of cashews
1 scooop of protein shake

Dinner
Salmon/fish/chicken
Whole weat rice
Salad

What do you guys think?

I am at about 13% right now
Looking to get down to 10% in a few months

Please critique
 
i think your protein is low and your evening carbs may be high depending on how much rice. i also think your not eating enough meals.
 
you can drop 3% in a month if you really wanted.
eggs/ egg whites and couple peices of ww bread/ multigrain, or 1 cup oatmeal. you can add in juice if its preworkout.
sounds like a better meal if you are working out in the AM.
doing any cardio? any supps?

You can really drop 3% in a month? Meaning 13% to 10%?
 
i dropped from 20% to 10% in less than 2 months natty, no bull shit.

Holy crap.

What was your diet like? Did you eat any simple carbs whatsoever? My #1 goal is fat loss right now, and I'm around 13-14% bodyfat...definitely no higher than 15%. I'm basically eating only Ezekiel bread (best carb source, in my opinion) and lean meats like chicken breast and turkey. Occasionally I will eat white bread during a time when glycogen is low.

Also, what type of cardio did you do, and what intensity? Thanks joe!
 
well the leaner you are, the harder it will become.. especially if you are in the single digits. Just clean food and some cardio during the week. AM cardio on an empty stomach really helps... I have to stop doing am cardio because I am cutting too much too soon!! lol Also taking a fat burner helps, like forged burner in my case!

well my goal was not just to cut but to lose 70lbs of whatever and fast. my heart was inlarged. i was on meds for that. i was also on 125mg test ew. my diet was roughly 150g 100% real whole grain carbs, as little fat as i could get, and 300g protein. i did 1 hour low intensity fasted cardio 6 days per weak. i started at 5'5" 178lbs about 20% bf. i am now 227lbs and right around 10% maybe less as i try to build a little more mass.
