Im thinking about getting some ALA to take pre workout and with 2 other meals throug the day..

600mg pre workout and 300mg with 2 other meals.


What do you think?
 
I've been taking 30 min prior to my two biggest carb meals (30-50gr) for 2/almost 3 weeks now and might be seeing some body comp changes.... Gonna run the whole bottle and then another...

If you want it for the slin like effect it can have you have to take a ton of it. I have the 300mg caps and I would take at least 10 caps before a carb meal.
Southernlord was using a new version or ala. real serious shit. Either search the thread or pm him. I cant wait to try it.
 
One cap has 250mg of na-r-ala and I'm taking 2caps twice a day, 30 min prior to my 2 biggest carb meals (30-50grams). 4 caps does not seem like it would be enough but SL is a smart dude...
