Gynecomastia Advice

Hi Guys,

I just wanted some advice on Gyno. Im on my 3rd cycle of sust at 500 ew. I am aware of the usual symptoms such as puffy, itchy painful nipples. I havnt had any of these yet but about once or twice a week i get a slight tingling in my nipples. Nothin severe just a slight tingle that lasts about half an hour. Its not really very noticable feeling, just a little aching tingle. Could this be Gyno? I have Nolva so should i be taking some when i f aeel this? any advice would be appreciated thanks guys.

i prefer aromasin

nolva will help too, 20mg EOD but the ones i mentioned previously have more benefits than nolva

Its a trade off, adex wipes out estrogen in all areas which is bad for the "good" cholesterol values, nolva pinpoints the estrogen related gyno probs

It could also be your mind. Are you paranoid about gyno and constantly thinking about it and worried? The mind controls the body and it can have a very strong physiological effect. Try not thinking about gyno at all and don't constantly palpate for lumps. Just let it go and if you get a "real" symptom you'll know. I've had gyno for a few years and I've tried everything from letro to toremifene. The only thing that helps my gyno, albeit temporarily, is aromasin and arimidex--adex moreso than asin, so far. My last cycle I used adex while on and it actually reduced my masses to a large extent. This cycle i'm trying asin while on. It's been 4 weeks and so far it has definitely broken up the lumps, they don't seem as dense and round they've become flatter and softer. Letro did nothing for my gyno it just messed with me psychologically. I also noticed nothing from nolva or clomid. Good luck. I hope you don't get gyno as it's a royal PITA. Next year I may pay Dr. Blau a visit lol

Tamoxifen upregulates the PgR, and can exacerbate existing gynecomastia conditions; as an ER agonist and via agonism it raises PgR expression.

Thanks for the advice guys. Muskelpumpe i totally see what u mean and agree the mind can do these things but no im pretty sure its not that. This is my 3rd cycle and ive never given gyno any thought except having nolva on standby just incase and ill just deal with it if and when it happens. But the tingle is definitely there if only mild. Although I have to say the last 2 days ive been checkin my nipples in the mirror and seeing them looking bigger when i dont think they are at all. My girlfriend lauged when i asked her cos she said they just looked the same and i was convinced they were bigger then finally agreed they were not so yes Muskelpumpe the mind is a crazy thing sometimes. If only i can convince my mind to see bigger muscles when i look in the mirror ill be a happy man. Ha Ha

I've had the same thing i ignore it ,it's common in some members and goes away after the cycle.
and don't get paranoid and start messing with them ,that will only make them itch more,you wanna play with titties then get a woman for christs sake.
