What dosage of Arimidex at this point?

You don't need arimidex really on this cycle,

MAsteron acts as an AI all by itself, and if you were going to add it 0.25 every second day would be sufficient with good quality unless your very very gyno prone,

nobody said he shouldnt use an ai. what was said was not to use an ai unless you actually have a need for it as in estro sides. elevated astro is your bodies reaction to elevated test. it tries to balance your hormones out. it also helps you have more stregnth and make better gains. their is no reason to use ai's unless you are suffering from unwanted sides. he is 5 weaks into a cycle and isntr having any problems so what would the point be in starting them now? to lessen his gains? its not going to prevent anything if nothing is happening.

Guys, on week five of current cycle: 500mg per week Sus250, 75mg EOD Tren Ace, and just added 100mg EOD of Masteron. Up until now i havent added the Arimidex but have it on hand. Have Clomids on hand for PCT. Should i start the Arimidex now at .5ED based on my cycle? Or not worry about it unless i start seeing sides? Everything I have read has me confused as hell. I would have used it begining at day one. If you have problems now, Nolvadex and/or Proviron may be the better choice here.

Funny you said that joe d because needto is the one who recomended I add the masteron now instead of waiting. So I will definitely ask him. Thanks Bros for all the great feedback here. I love this place!

Not seeing any sides yet just good clean gains. I run a very clean diet and take all my multis, aminos, saw palmetto, and have a very high, clean protein intake. At minimum 400gs a day

B) Even without Masteron I am onboard with Needto and JoeD. Dont run it unless you need it. If your bloated, or any other high estrogen symptoms then use it. Start small and you can always increase if needed.

Let's correct a few misconceptions you have here. Visible estrogenic side effects such as gynecomastia do not afflict all steroid users. A minority of individuals have lower concentration of estrogen cells at certain sites, such as breast tissue. However, this does not preclude high blood serum levels of estrogen which carry heavy health hazards. Some of the risks carried by high estrogen levels in the body are: hypertension (high blood pressure), fat gains, benign prostatic hyperplasia (increased prostate size which can lead to cancer), and overall increased risk for cancer. So you see, even if he was 8 weeks into a 12 week cycle and had no external side effects, it would not equate to his body being healthy; an AI would still be recommended.

Your other assumption about the correlation of estrogen to strength is highly assumptive. You, and a few other misinformed individuals, seem to believe AIs remove all estrogen from the body, which is simply not true. At 0.5mgs of Arimidex ED his estrogen levels would be cut by about 40-50%, so he would still have estrogen in the system.

Yes, I'm sure there are people who believe certain things and have certain experiences. However, I have seen pictures of some individuals who claim AIs are not necessary and these individuals look like they are holding about 20lbs+ of water and another 20lbs.+ of fat gains because they have little understanding of factual steroid and AI use.

This is a widely believed misconception. Masteron is a weak anti-estrogen and only feasible if one is using low or no aromatizing compounds. At half a gram of aromatazing steroids, masteron is not going to be effective.

So the answer would be: next generation aromatase inhibitors like arimidex and aromasin are better for estrogen control.
