Proportion problem

My arms keep getting bigger, but they are getting bigger much faster than my body is. If you look at me from the side my arms are almost as big as the width of my body. Any ideas on why this is happening?

I do deadlift 4 sets of 8 reps, cleans 4x8, BB row 4x8, pull ups and much other lifts to fill out my back but its just not happening.

who the fuck complains their arms are too big?! everyone wants big arms and normal people think big arms instantly mean your strong, i cant get my arms to grow for shit but my back grows easily...

also you say your doing deads, cleans, rows, pullups AND LOTS OF OTHER EXERCISES. Maybe your doing too many, for me deads, chins then db row or seated cable row is plenty.

oh and everything you listed is 4x8 maybe switch on some stuff, deads and cleans 3-5, bent over rows 6-8...

Back and bi's day:

Deadlift- 225x8, 275x8, 295x8, 305x8 with superset of 135x20
BB rows- 115x8, 125x8, 135x8, 145x8 with superset of 95x15
Incline DB rows- 45'sx8, 50'sx8, 50'sx8
Lat pulldowns- Not sure of the weight, its just numbers but 4 sets of 8 reps
BB curls- 85x8, 95x8, 105x8, with superset of 65x20
DB hammer curls- 45x8, 50x8, 50x8

I think thats everything. let me know what you think
Im 6ft 185

i would go heavier with less reps on deads... but of course warm up good ...if youre getting 305 for 8 then maybe try 325-335 for 3-5 as your max set... try to keep all your lifting progressive, if youre getting a certain weight for x reps today, next week try to do more... i like 5-8 rep sets myself so if you can do more then 8 reps, up the weight, and i wouldnt do the supersets at the end either, just overdoing it imo... your routine dosnt look horrible as far as exersise selection... are you doing squats or legs?... this can stimulate the whole body to grow...
now, 6ft 185, i would ask how your diet is... because its fairly easy to get the arms "swole" but to add thick quality mass throughout the upper torso will require A LOT of eating... i found it easy myself to get decent shoulders, but now eating 4000+ calories a day i am starting to see the thickness come in... and it does take time so be patient and CONSISTENT... good luck bro

You must have some big arms if their almost the with of your body, or just a small body..lol.........Whats your arm mesurements?
