Hi Guys, I need help from the pros on this one. I hurt my knee a few months ago and my lungs and lower body has atrophied allot. I have tried running but have seamed to hit a wall and my hips and quads are not getting any stronger. I want to run a marathon by the late winter and was wondering if there was a mild substance that would be good for distance runners. I am just looking for one that will have minimal side effects, will not show up on a test and will not get me real huge like you guys! Thanks.
I guess I should be more specific, I want to be able to run 8 minute miles for ten miles by the begging of January. Is that do able?
Edit again: I am about 200 and want to cut some weight, 10-15 lbs. and have the gear out of my system by December. Thanks again guys.
