New guy needs recommendation with long distance running

Hi Guys, I need help from the pros on this one. I hurt my knee a few months ago and my lungs and lower body has atrophied allot. I have tried running but have seamed to hit a wall and my hips and quads are not getting any stronger. I want to run a marathon by the late winter and was wondering if there was a mild substance that would be good for distance runners. I am just looking for one that will have minimal side effects, will not show up on a test and will not get me real huge like you guys! Thanks.

I guess I should be more specific, I want to be able to run 8 minute miles for ten miles by the begging of January. Is that do able?

Edit again: I am about 200 and want to cut some weight, 10-15 lbs. and have the gear out of my system by December. Thanks again guys.

I think just training is all you really need for this man... Just being able to run better is not the best reason to use steroids.


I think you should check out some of our other forums. They are geared for this kind of information.... The way to get better at running is to of course run more.... Just keep running more and more easy week. Start of doing what you can do and keep doing it. Then try to add to it each week.

watch how loose their bodies are

you should try a runners forum, runners world or something like that. As for running. Coming from the military the best thing for strength, size and running is a big thing called crossfit right now. Its not bodybuilding but endurance training being used by the most elite. It will smoke the dogshit out of you ad improve your runs. P90X is almost the same thing. Periodization is the key on all aspects of muscular endurance,strenght and gaining mass.
 
I have have done long distance running in the past. The best AAS for long distance running is EQ. It will not cramp you up like other steroids and it helps increase your RBC count.

I did not do a marathon on EQ but I was doing 10 milers and I definitely noticed a difference in my kick and endurance.

EQ is very mild and it takes a while for it to kick in. I would recommend a 14-16 week cycle of 400MG a week. You can front load with tbol and also hit tbol on the end. Most people load dbol or winny on the front or back end of an EQ only cycle but the problem with running is that you won't make it 2 miles on dbol once the cramping kicks in. Also, winny is not light on the joints so I definitely recommend staying away from that.

16 weeks is a long cycle so I also recommend having HCG on hand and start around week 4-5 @ 250iu's E3D. We all react differently. Also EQ will taper off 11-14 days after your cycle so add on your normal PCT at that time.

Damn! I missed that!

Don't touch EQ then. It can stay in your system for quite a while.

Since he is being tested I recommend not to take any illegal substances then. It is that easy :rose:
 
Thanks for the info guys. I am thinking of doing a small dosage of Anavar for 8 weeks and trying to find a supplement that will keep me lean and mean. Is there anything you guys recommend or think I should need to know? Will anavar give me pumps from long distance running and cross fit type workouts?

What he said. If your knees are that bad. Get some X-rays, then maybe we could make some suggestions.
