Need some advice got my blood work back and it seems to me my test levels are low, especially my Free Test.

Total Test: 471 range: 262 - 1593 ng/dl
Free Test: 1.19 Range: 0.95 - 4.30 ng/dl

I take an anti depr. and I think they all pretty much affect test levels. I have no sex drive whatsoever. My question is what can I take to improve these levels and get a sex drive back? I DO NOT want to take steroids, I prefer a natural approach. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Mickey, I am no expert but my test levels were very close to yours. Total was 512 free was like 112. From what my doc told me its the free that you have to focus on. Cause thats the usable test in your body. I too have a low sex drive due to improper PCT from a previous cycle. She put me on 100mg test Cypionate and HCG to kick start the testes. If you donot feel comfortable taking steroids would you consider taking a Bioidential hormone replacement. These are supposedly better for your system and come in a cream. I would suggest you talk to a doc that deals with hormone replacements and just your primary physician or even a endochronologist. They dodnot deal with hormones on a daily basis and more than likely will tell you your test levels are fine. just my 2 cents.

Bio-identical hormones is a bullshit marketing statement! Do your research bio-identical means no ester attached! Period! Then you add their own ester.
Otherwise it would just be test suspension and taking shots everyday. Might look at something that will unlock or make more of your test available like proviron(sp).

Yeah this sucks having no sex drive. Also I hit the gym on a regular basis but feel like I am not making any progress at all. My Free Test is def in the low range and maybe this is the reason. My doc prescribed me a test cream. Any thoughts on these creams? Will they successfully raise Free T? Also will they shut down my natural production of T?

due you need HCG more than anything. This tells your pituitary to tell your testes to start making your own testosterone.

It's not his test that is too low its his free test. HCG is not going to increase the amount of free test.

You mentioned Proviron, I read up and it says it binds very well to SHBG freeing up test in the body. How much should be taken a day? Also it says it's a DHT derived compound and can have a negative impact on hair. I wonder if taken in low enough dosages would it still have an impact on hair...

Something like stinging nettle may help. It's a natural supplement that helps free up test. Guys take it in conjuction with the OTC stuff like Novadex. You can do a simple goggle seach for more info. good luck.

how about changing your anti-depression meds?
Why are you on them anyway, maybe the problem is hormonal related and the anti-depression meds are just a band-aid....

Mid 20s I was depressed as hell too and it was due to a laizy pituaitary gland. I thought about anti-depression meds and good thing I didnt take them...my testtosterone was up and down all the time causing my bad mood swings and depression.Im on HRT for years now and I feel like Im 18 again happy as a pig in shit, never a sign of depression since HRT and horny all the time

Im sorry but shit quit pussy footn around,I mean really if your test level is low do somethng about it!!! Testosterone is a steroid so deal with it,you wont get legall proviron in the US. So man up take a shot of the big T in the bum and I bet your depression will go away and your sex drive will be in overdrive.I mean really sorry to be a bit short but jeez I read all these guys want to up thier T levels but dont want to do what it takes there is no better alternative than the big T once a week in the hind section,well unless its a lil Tren or Masteron thrown in for good measure.
