tryin to get some ideas from you vets. been doing cycles for years but me and a buddy had a arguement the other day and my question is is it better for you to run sust every three days or twice a week??? what is more benaficial??

Its best to run it every other day. Will it work the other way yes. But its still better when used every other day.

Every other day. AND if you can do/stand it. Inj. 1/2 ml. ed. instead of 1ml. eod.

I do 1ml EOD for 16-18 weeks.... Rotating 6 inject spots.
The reason everyday or Every other days is better is because it has Test P in it. And thats a very short ester.

In theory, EOD is best, but I really dislike frequent shots, so I go with 2x/week.
