Good P/W formula

say if you guys could create your own p/w supp what would you add?
What would be your ultimate ingredients? and how many mgs of each?
 
are we talking preworkout or postworkout?

For Preworkout, here is what I do:

1/3 cup of PF Omega Muscle
40g PF Oat Muscle
20g Casein protein
10g egg protein
20g whey isolate

Plus AMP 02

For postworkout:

35g Whey Protein
15g Super Plasma Protein
15g maltodextrin or waxy maize
15g rilose
10g Creatine
10g glutamine

or

3 scoops of big blast plus an extra 10-15g Super Plasma Protein

By scoops do you mean 90g, each scoop being 30g each? I ordered 10 lbs of Big Blast and the 1 lbs bag of SPP, so when it gets here I think post work out I will be doing 70g (1/2 cup) Big Blast + 3 tsp. SPP for an extra 15g super plasma.

After 30 days I should be unrecognizable to anyone in my family.
 
Pre Workout

Oat Powder
WPI
1 tbspn Almond Butter

Intra Workout

BCAAs
4 g Leucine
30-40 grams simple carbs
2 g Beta Alanine
2 g Citrulline Malate


Post workout

5 grams creatine
20 g WPI
10 g Casein/MPI
Oat Powder
 
By scoops do you mean 90g, each scoop being 30g each? I ordered 10 lbs of Big Blast and the 1 lbs bag of SPP, so when it gets here I think post work out I will be doing 70g (1/2 cup) Big Blast + 3 tsp. SPP for an extra 15g super plasma.

After 30 days I should be unrecognizable to anyone in my family.

I think so. I got mine from DPS so it came in bottles with a scooper. 3 scoops is basically 1 serving, or just under one serving because I don't get a packed heaping scoop to make room for the extra SPP that I add.

The big blast/spp combo definitely makes a difference. I am still eating at a calorie defecit right now and I have been growing at an accelerated rate. People are really starting to notice the difference.
 
my bad i wasnt very clear. I was tlaking about a preworkout supp to get me pumped adn in the zone. What would you add to your perfect preworkout supp to get you in the zone, focused, and get a good pump?
 
Pump = Water/Carbs, GMS, Creatine
Energy = Caffeine
Focus = Tyrosine
Endurance = Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Creatine

As far as supps go, you can't beat AMP02... SuperPump 250 is good as well as No Shotgun... But I still give the edge to AMP02, it is a really great supplement.

Asking about the serving size. I noticed on Bodybuilding.com they have PF Big Blast and it states 90g per serving. On PF's web site the label states 1/2 cup or 75g is a serving. The scoops that come with most powders are anywhere from 30-33g per level scoop which is why I have been using my digital scale, zero out the cup and liquid and just add powder until I hit 75g
