Great Moderator from PM passed away...

The Moderator, Big Bapper of Professional Muscle passed away from what appears to be a heart attack. I don't post on PM but I read threads over there and always found his comments useful and he seemed like a great guy. Also had a great build and seemed like a serious bodybuilder.

This is really scary. Another young bodybuilder gone.

Guys, we really need to put health before everything. Prayers go out to his family.

Condolences to him and his family. Biggest problem I see these days is nobody is talking about blood work.

agreed, blood work should be done regularly. My last doc thought I was a moron for taking steroids but he still did my blood work. I have a new doc now that could care less If I do it as long as I get to see him regularly. He actually thinks it's cool to see how the body changes.

But going back I think we should all watch our BP and keep in mind that even though we are young it does not make us immune to dangers that normally killed older individuals. I know many guys on hgh, test and tren all year and they are walking time bombs as they never do any cardio, eat whatever they want and think they are young so they are immune.
I am not saying this happened to big bapper but this is all something we can learn from.

Unless, you need to be on year round I think time off gear is a great way to regain homeostasis in the body and give your inners a rest.
cardio never hurts and eating a great well balanced diet can do wonders.

I hate to hear things like this happenning and I am sad to say this but I am surprised it does not happen more often and goes to show how resilient the human body is.

Dang, looks like he was due for surgery for a blood clot in his leg, but it took him away from us before they could get him in the OR and fixed up. That's sad.

Wouldn't dealing with a life threatening condition be dealt with immediately as opposed to scheduling a surgery days or weeks later?

My heart goes out to his family at this time.
