So I've been lifting for 2 years seriously. The first 6 months i gained 15 pounds with ease with a good diet and regimented lifting, taking a good amount of whey, cytogainer, and N.O. explode. However, since those 6 months, i have found it hard to gain weight at all.
Now i weigh 158 lbs, 5'9, 20 yrs old
I was hoping to go on a cycle, and I've been doing a good amount of research lately trying to find a cycle that would fit me well. Since I don't want to go on test since I am veery afraid of needles I was trying to find the best cycle that would work for me for quick gain.
So i was planning a dianabol only 4-5 week cycle (I know some consider this stupid) 15 mg dbol/day
-1 mg arimidex during cycle
-milk thistle and liv-52
For PTC 20 mg nolvadex
im also prob gonna take accutane.
Does this sound like a good plan or should I add/subtract certain parts? Im also worried about gyno, since I do want to retain a decent amount of weight
