Meh, sounds to me like she would have been screaming and suing regardless of what the cop did or did not do. I mean, who THE HELL did he think he was for pulling a 72 year old woman over and giving her a ticket?!?!



I bet she wasn't even "doing" anything wrong, she most likely had a perfectly legitimate excuse for speeding, failing to come to a complete stop or expired tags/inspection sticker. Seems perfectly reasonable to me that she would raise hell over something like that. I mean, don't people reach a particular age and then they don't have to follow the same rules the rest of us do?
