I just or on taking 3 caps a day. Do I take all at once in morning or space them out through the day. I couldnt find any infoon there half life. Ifanyone can fill mein thx, Christian,dered a bottle of this Beastdrol. Im planning

non workout days I take 1 with breakfast 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner

3 caps spaced out through out the day 1 morning, 1 noon, 1 evening, you want to keep the level stable throught the day!
