how many here diet doing keto/low carb with a refeed?

for those who actually work out or did once upon a time

when i diet (the rare times i do, since my bodyfat never gets out of control), i always low carbed 6 days then would carb up on the 7th day. 300-400 grams or so

but i was thinking of maybe doing a 2x a week carb up? anyone done it that way?

I forgot how incredibly shitty it is to look/feel flat, especially when you first start dieting. because once you carb deplete, all you are is flat(small) muscles and the fat you're trying to lose.

Leave in condish is classless. Here's your daily hair care tip - get yourself a little bottle of Jojoba oil. Once every two days massage a bit into your scalp, leave for 3 minutes or so, then shampoo out. Deeeelish!!

I dont use conditioner AT ALL. But I dont need to because I also don't blowdry it or put anything else in it.... besides water and shampoo.
