I'm new to this site so instead of navigating myself through old posts I thought I would just post myself. I have taken the inj for many cycles and have my hands on some orals. Im not that familiar with the proper dosing and my advise is limited to some shady people. Ive heard 1 in the am and 1 in the pm is this best or both one shot in the am???

I'm also on about 1200mgs of cyp and 900mgs of primo a week 2 IU's 5 days a week

Welcome to the board mate.!!!

Thats a serious cycle , a good starting dose for winni is 50mg split 2x day , i find it funny that you dont know this but am plz'd to help.

So how is the cycle going ? and for reference how old are you.

With WINSTROL I would split it AM/PM

morning and 2-3 hours before lifting if you take in pm i think you my not get any sleep

Ive never taken the oral just the inj. my problem is my shot count was just way to many times a week between 2 shots for the test 2 for the primo to add 3-5 more a week for the winny and thats not counting the 5 shots of HGH a week. I know 50mg is the dosage a day that is needed. But have never taken the pills I was wondering about both in the am vs 1am 1 pm due to the sleep issue?

I take half the dose in AM and half in the PM and never had any sleep issues. I think it is best to split the dose. If you do find you have sleep issues, maybe taking half first thing in the morning and the other half around 2:00 or so, this way it's early enough that you can sleep? Try it with AM and PM first though. Goodluck.
