hey guys i wanted to post up a pic before i start my next cycle. i have 2 prev cycles,years ago im 23, 6 foot 2 and 224 right now with around 12% bf i would guess let me know what u think!

It's hard to see from that pic, it's blurry and your arm blocks your whle body, but you look higher than 12% bro. Judging from that pic though, I would say more like 15-17%.
