Thanks. I got the lipoflame. I've been out of shape for years so right now I'd really like to start shedding some fat. Nutrition has always been hard for me but this past year I've had a lack of motivation as well. I've been married for almost 15 years and have 2 kids, ages 14 and 3. I just graduated from college and am on waitlist at Texas Tech School of Law. The stress of getting through school, taking care of family and preparing for the LSAT, in addition to a lack of self control around food, led me to pack on some weight. So I guess right now I'm trying to break some bad habits and motivate myself to do better. I'm going to Africa on a missons trip in July so I'd really like to be at a comfortable weight by then. As far as goals, I don't really have anything specific, like weights or sizes. I just want to feel good and be happy with what I see in the mirror.
 
I wish i could say the sme, I have been waiting for 11 days now and nothing.
I ordered the lipoflame too, but the 2 to 3 days did not happen.

I haven't gotten mine yet so I contacted Omega and he was very cool. Apparently there are some local transport issues. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
 
that i have to agree, i contacted him too, and he was fast in getting back to me too.

Okay, I'm not looking to get anything for free. I understand stuff happens in business. I just want my stuff. But I ordered 4 days before her so if she gets hers before me, I'm going to have to comfort myself with a huge bag of m&m's!

I took 1 am and 2 pm yestreday . Today i took 3 before workout, felt great.
I am putting in the order already for another on and for the LS3.

Thank you soo much.
Hopefully it is back to normal the shipping.

BTW great product, i tried many felt burners before but get headache or jittery, o nothing at all.
This one made me fell "happy" :) without any side effects, no crash, amd lots of energy, I was ready for the carnaval in Brazil. LOL I went to the gym did a shadow box xlass and had energy for the cycle, unfortunatly there was no space.

1st day i took 1am and 2 om
2nd day 3 am before workout 1 pm
Today was my 3rd day, i took this morning 2 am before work out (full body) and will go back later for cardio and will take another 2.
For now I am only taking the lipoflame, i just ordered the LS3 yesterday.
Each week i do 3 full body work out and cardio, and also cardio on the off days.
 
I can;t wait for the LS3, as Omega said it is more of long lasting, i think the conbination of both will be fantastic, and take me closer to my goal (lose 20-30 pounds,)
 
Hi you can try this dose pattern:)

On Off days take:

AM:
1 Cap LIPOstim3 with 1 or 2 Caps LIPOFLAME

Midday:
1 Cap LIPOstim3 with 1 cap LIPOFLAME


On Workout days:

AM:
1 Cap LIPOstim3 with 2 Caps LIPOFLAME

Then Amplify02 OR 3 caps of LIPOFLAME Pre Lifting/Cardio

OR THIS ONE


On Off days take:

AM:
2 Caps LIPOstim3

Midday:
2-3 caps LIPOFLAME


On Workout days:

AM:
2 caps LipoSTIM3

Then Amplify02 OR 3 caps of LIPOFLAME Pre Lifting/Cardio
 
Pre Lifting for added strength, vascularity and endurance in the gym, BUT since you have LIPOFlAME you can use it in place:)
