it is a casein protein. that makes it a good choice but you would need a lot to get a whole meals worth. eggs are also a good one. real food is better shakes are easier.
I've been eating it about 30 mins before bed for the past couple of nights. A few guys at the gym said it's a great/lean protein source that helps aid the catabolic state your body under goes when you sleep. What is your input on this guys?
