I did 8 sets of triceps two days ago. It was a new routine the involved skull crushers and reverse grip close grip bench as well as cables.
The back of my triceps are really sore after two days off.
Is this normal? i've never had sore triceps before. I thought the smaller muscles were supposed to recover quicker?
My diet and sleep patterns are good.
