Sure.
here's an example:
A member (i won't name names) got a timeout (from another moderator, not me). They contacted one of the ombudsmen and said it was unfair. they stated their case and the ombudsmen put it together in a pm to me. They showed me an example of someone else doing the something similar and said the member felt they had been treated harshly.

Okay. not only did i understand, but the ombudsmen stated the case so well that it was hard to disagree. the timeout was shortened to 1 day.
