Please. I totally should have taken care of this stuff before I went on vacation last week. Coming back to work, to this, is enough to fry thy brain. And I dont have much brain left to fry. (no senile)

switch to a data base, no one else will know how to use/change it and it will make your job easier..

well thats part of the problem. this info comes from a database and then i have to manually adjust some of the data to match our reporting requirements

ALSO, I am the only one who knows how to fiddle with the numbers and put it into the right format. Hell, i may be the only one who know how to pull the data and where to put it on the shared drive.

when youre the only one who knows, it means MORE WORK!

sorry to disappoint.

stats for reporting purposes. although i do use a calculator for some of it. you might like that. or do you prefer to do all mathematical calculations in your head?
