i'm still sore from doing them last week!:chomp:
The thing is between you and princesa, my leg workouts are pretty light I only do smith machine squats 5 sets and on 2nd leg day, just straight legs. Hey, I'm only 5 8 with shoes on and am not looking to ever get to much heavier than 180, so no need.

Something both you and princesa, two perfectionists with a mad drive for progress.
I need some of that in the gym.
You gotta give those sexy hams some time to recuperate.

It is actually better on the lower than free squats for us older in the group...
