I went to the beach and got into a fight with a BF at around 5. He bolted with my beach bag that contained my clothing, money, purse, etc. So, I had to basically hitch hike home in a thong bikini.

lol you are right that is pretty ridic! what you had going for you though is that it was obvious that it was the elevator that caused it (and not something scandalous..yet =P), and also the number of observers would probably be minimal.

yeah dude, that's no walk of shame, though I imagine it was VERY embarrassing...But I had half of DC pointing and laughing at me thinking I was some single girl who got herself drunk and laid on valentines day, and kicked out in the morning. Yay!

walk of shame = walking home/finding transportation after getting drunk and boning some dude, usually in a college town

does it count if the walk of shame was coming up from the dude's basement in his parents house after the mom just busted you both passed out naked on her basement floor (also the dad's office floor) and you had to walk past the kitchen where the mom was fixing breakfast for the dude's 7 yr old brother?
you got dressed so fast, you accidentally threw on HIS tshirt instead of your own and when you finally got your ass out the house to the car, you realized you forgot your purse and had to go BACK to the front door, ring the bell and embarrassingly ask for your purse/
