Thing about that is when you are around normal people you look like a damn freak.
Put Kevin Levrone at the splash pad playing with his kids and he stands out like an elephant.

do you want to look like Levrone in contest shape? or off season? if you say contest let me ask you if it is possible to keep that 50 weeks of the year?

also....is 12% really way tooo high? big respect to you if you can hold 9% all year without driving your friends and family nuts.

No, definitley not contest prep condition year round. That is really freaky. To see it at the show is amazing, but in the every day world that is nasty.

12% isn't way too high I suppose, but I don't ever get past 15
% on heavy calories. I have an ecto build. Once I get more muscle mass, it will easier to maintain greater size & leanness as more muscle burns more calories.


I guess levrone was a frickin monster. Maybe not quite as big, but the same proportions etc. I'm not built like him, but I guess this is the "what if" thread.


Yes, my family, especially my friends are always sick of me refusing to eat cake and drink pop at parties and tell them I am on strict diet and have to eat lean meats, I always pick fat out of a hamburger lol. Talk about tedious. I eat chicken without seasoning, which actualy isn't too bad. (I don't attend alcohol parties/clubs whatevs). I've stated my bulk for the winter, so I eat more cookies and shit, and rarely a soda. I have drinken as much soda in the last 9 months as I would in 1 week before quitting.

^^Dorian Yates - my all time favorite bodybuilder!

Dorian is the man! I remember the first time i entered a gym, it was right there on the wall a big ass poster of Dorian hitting a side triceps. Then I asked and the owner told that's the reigning Mr Olympia. I was instantly hooked, he is my bodybuilding idol. Dorian redifined the word HARDNESS, no one got there yet.

Some days it really freakin sucks, because I know I didn't get in enough protein somewhere, and I get discouraged if I slip a couple days. But, I try my ass off to stay dedicated and reach my goals.

I've worked so hard for what I have now, although what I have isn't incredibly standoutish by any means. I don't want to lose what I have worked for. I will have wasted my time if I let myself go now even for a week. I have always dreamed of having an awesome physique, and God damnit I am gonna have one!
