I'm excited to officially kick off this 22-week transformation and wellness journey with @Vertex Labs

From my very first conversation with the team, they've been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Every question I've had has been answered quickly, and it's been an absolute pleasure working with them.

It's an honour to be representing the VertexLabsCo team throughout this log.

Cycle Protocol

Testosterone Enanthate – 500mg/week
Masteron Enanthate – 600mg/week
HGH – 3 IU/day
SS-31 – 1mg/day
MOTS-c – 2mg/day

The goal of this cycle isn't simply to add size, it's a complete body recomposition focused on building dense, quality muscle while improving definition, recovery, conditioning, and overall wellbeing. Alongside the physique changes, I'm placing a big emphasis on health, mitochondrial support, recovery, and performing at my best both inside and outside the gym.

Right from the first injections, the quality of the oils has stood out. Both the Testosterone Enanthate and Masteron Enanthate are exceptionally smooth, crystal clear, and incredibly easy to inject.

I've honestly never used oil based injectables that are this painless. They pin effortlessly with virtually no post injection discomfort, which is a huge credit to the quality and care @Vertex Labs puts into their products.

Throughout these 22 weeks I'll be posting regular updates including:

Training sessions and workout performance
Daily meals and nutrition
Weekly body weight updates
Progress photos
Recovery, energy, and overall wellbeing
Honest feedback on every compound as the cycle progresses
I'm looking forward to documenting every stage of this journey and showing exactly what consistent training, disciplined nutrition, quality recovery, and premium products can achieve.

Massive thank you again to VertexLabsCo for the opportunity I'm proud to be part of the team, and I can't wait to share the results over the coming months

🔥 SHOULDER HYPERTROPHY — “3D DELTS”
Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
Focus: Rear delts + Front delts
Secondary: Side delts
Goal: Maximum hypertrophy, controlled reps, constant tension
Intensity: Moderate–high, finishing with some serious delt burn 💀
🟢 0:00–0:10 — Warm-Up & Activation
Started with around 10 minutes of shoulder preparation, keeping everything controlled rather than rushing straight into heavy pressing.
Band Face Pulls
2 × 20 reps
Light resistance
Focused on pulling toward the forehead and squeezing the rear delts.
Cable External Rotations
2 × 15 each arm
Very light weight.
Concentrated on getting the shoulders moving and ready.
Light Dumbbell Lateral Raises
2 × 15
Slow eccentric and no swinging.
By the end of the warm-up, the shoulders were feeling loose and already had a slight pump.
🔴 0:10–0:27 — Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
4 working sets
Set 1: 12 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
Set 4: 8 reps + 3 controlled partials
Rest: 90–120 seconds
Started with a weight that allowed good control rather than trying to ego-lift.
The first few reps felt strong, but by the final set the front delts were absolutely cooking. Kept the lowering phase controlled and pressed hard without bouncing out of the bottom.
Focus: Front delts, with triceps assisting.
🔥 Finisher: After the final full rep, held the dumbbells just short of lockout for roughly 10 seconds.
🟣 0:27–0:42 — Reverse Pec-Deck Rear-Delt Assault
This was where the rear delts really started getting punished.
4 sets × 12–15 reps
Set 1: 15
Set 2: 15
Set 3: 13
Set 4: 12 + drop set
Rest: 60–75 seconds
Kept the chest firmly against the pad and focused on moving through the shoulder rather than turning it into an upper-back exercise.
On the final set:
12 controlled reps → immediately dropped the weight → 10–12 additional reps
That final drop set produced one of those nasty rear-delt pumps where simply putting your arms back down felt difficult.
🟡 0:42–0:53 — Cable Front Raises
3 sets × 12–15 reps
Used a single cable attachment and performed the raises one arm at a time.
Set 1: 15 each arm
Set 2: 12 each arm
Set 3: 12 each arm + partials
Rest: 45–60 seconds
The goal wasn't to move massive weight.
Every rep was slow and deliberate, bringing the hand roughly to eye level before lowering under control.
By the final set the front delts were completely pumped.
🔵 0:53–1:04 — Cable Lateral Raise + Rear-Delt Fly Superset
A — Single-Arm Cable Lateral Raise
3 × 12–15 each side
Immediately followed by:
B — Cable Rear-Delt Fly
3 × 15
Rest: 60 seconds after completing both exercises.
This combination was brutal.
The lateral raises gave the side delts their direct work, then immediately switching to rear-delt flies meant there was almost no chance for the shoulders to recover.
The final round was basically:
Side delt burn 🔥 → rear delt burn 🔥 → questioning life choices.
💀 1:04–1:12 — Front + Rear Delt Finisher
Dumbbell Front Raise
2 × 15
Immediately into:
Bent-Over Dumbbell Rear-Delt Fly
2 × 15
Used relatively light dumbbells and focused entirely on contraction.
No swinging.
No throwing the weights around.
Just controlled reps until the delts were completely fatigued.
Final set finished with around 5 slow partial reps once full-range reps became difficult.
🔥 1:12–1:15 — Final Burnout
Finished with band rear-delt pull-aparts:
1 × 30–40 reps
The goal was simply to keep tension on the rear delts and finish the session with an enormous pump.
By this point the shoulders were absolutely smoked.
Session Summary
Total time: ~75 minutes
Main emphasis: Rear delts + front delts
Secondary emphasis: Side delts
Training style: Controlled hypertrophy work, moderate rest periods, supersets and a drop set
Overall feeling: Massive shoulder pump, especially through the rear delts.
Post-workout thought:
That was one of those sessions where the weights weren't necessarily ridiculous, but the quality of every rep made the workout feel twice as hard. Rear delts were fried, front delts were pumped, and the side delts got just enough attention to round everything out.
Shoulders: absolutely cooked. 🥵💀

Welcome aboard brother. Hell of a first update, that shoulder session looks brutal. Rear delts getting that much attention is the kind of thing that separates guys who look good from guys who look complete. Test and mast is a clean stack for a recomp and 22 weeks gives you time to really see what it can do. Following along
