My wife. To be honest we've always had a pretty good sex life, but I'm 45 she she's now 40 and things are changing.

Once I got on trt my libido sky rocketed and things have gotten very one sided. She's never said no, but i can tell she's just doing it to, as she says "get the evil out" lol. Which i appreciate, doing it myself has never been my go-to so her participation is fantastic but like I said it's a bit of a bummer feeling like a horny teenager and not having it reciprocated. She started looking into it but finding a place that does T for women is pretty much impossible unless we wanna pay 275 a month or something for both T and what ever estrogen thing.

Probably sounds like I'm a cry baby but I just want her to be able to enjoy the feeling of youth again along with me. She doesn't want to get ripped and being muscular isn't her goal, just wants to feel youthful again.

I've looked into trt + hgh/sem for me and female dose trt + estrogen + hgh/sem for her.

Trt and estrogen for baseline energy libido etc and hgh for the anti aging benefits.
I will be doing way more working out while she would do more "i wanna look good" working out.

She should get on low dose TRT because most women feel a big jump in libido, energy and mood once they add 5-10 mg test cyp per week bro
It will put you both on the same wavelength again and she won’t need heavy training to feel youthful
