Dealing with hot flashes

[FONT=&quot]O.K. The hot flashes have arrived and I want them to go away. Please tell me any natural ways that have curtailed them for you. It only just began and I am not sure I want to go the artificial replacement avenue, just yet. Tell me what has worked for you.[/FONT]

Post menopausal woman for sure. My mum did when she hit 40+

Definitely a real issue, with a lot of folk remedies, but the only real way to treat it that I know of is estrogen replacement therapy.
