How to use Sustanon 250?

What is the best way to use sus 250 to get 750mg per week? I would of thought split up into 3 shots but I've done some reading and people are saying the less shots the better? Is this true?

Sustanon was designed for TRT. the goal was to inject a large amount at 1 time and not have to inject for a while. you inject and the esters pick up one after the other. it contains 4 esters total, most of the blend are long esters

having said that how you choose to proceed is up to you. remember in Europe they use omnadren for TRT, which is the same exact ester blend as sustanon and they inject it once every 2-3 weeks! so the occasional forum guru who tells you that sustanon has to be injected every other day is frankly and ultimately incorrect.

obviously you aren't using it for TRT at that dosage. so in your situation splitting it up into 2 shots a week for a regular cycle would work fine. you do not need to inject it more then that nor should you. the largest ester in sustanon is decanoate and the half life on that is 15 days!

Sus 250
30mg test propionate (short ester)
60mg test phenylpropionate (short ester)
60mg test isocaproate (long ester)
100mg test decanoate (long ester)

The short esters only last for around 4 days. This is why people inject sus250 every other day. It was designed to be a mix of short and long esters that would only need to be injected every 2 weeks for trt but test levels would fluctuate during the two weeks so it did not last on the trt market.

not exactly true. the british national formulary recommends sustanon for TRT and Omnadren (which is the same exact blend as sustanon) is the preferred choice for TRT in Europe.

the idea that sustanon has to be injected every other day is one of the biggest bro science myths on forums. it is true that it lost interest in the US for TRT, but that has more to do with pharma companies who are pushing cyp and E which are smooth and single esters, cheaper, and more available.

keep in mind that sustanon contains 100mg of the decanoate ester which has a 15 day half life.. if you want to inject a compound every other day then get prop, not sustanon which only has 30mg of prop.

Sus250 has two short esters. 90mg of the 250mg is short. Short esters are in your system for 4 days. I don't understand why every two days would not be ideal. I know twice a week works perfectly fine.

Just to say it,
Omnadren has 100mg test hex, where sustanon has 100mg test deca. That's the only difference. Used to be at least, I've seen omnadren lately that has the same exact blend of 30prop, 60pprop, 60iso, and 100 deca

Omnadren has the same exact ester blend as sustanon today.

Because you do not understand the logic behInd an ester blend and how half lives work The idea is less injection frequency, not more

As I said if u want eod get prop

Sus is one of those drugs that on the surface seems to make a lot of sense -- differing rates of release and length adding up to a longer, more even dosing. But ultimately, it makes very little sense. Nobody injects once every 2 weeks, so the whole concept is not only wasted, it works against itself because you'll have competing administrations.

Having said that, hell, just inject it twice a week or every other day, depending on how much you're willing to use. It'll work.
