adding to gains on a cruise

Its funny, I see this post a lot and I don't understand why people are asking this question.

THese days ANY M.D. who is competent (let me underscore competent) to treat HIV, is going to have in his or her arsenal testosterone and perhaps growth hormone. That is to say if your M.D. cant' or wont prescribe steroids when it is needed, the he or she isn't competent to treat HIV.

Maybe you live in a region that has no M.D. that have any experience in HIV, but then if you are really sick, you need to perhaps move to an area where you can find competent treatment.

And then no M.D. is going to prescribe steroids to someone who calls up and says he has a cousin who's sick who needs them to get better. Any M.D. who would prescribe medications to an HIV patient without seeing the patient is incompetent.

yeah fair enough, i try to just maintain when cruising as im more into the competitive side rather than just staying in an appealing shape year round. i understand adding size on a cruise is hard im more interested in maintaining and not regressing on a cruise.
 
i think maybe bump my test up to around 200mg per week and add in some mk677 and cycle low dose slin pre and post wo during my 15 or so week cruise.

maybe igf1 if the source i have is legit and i see good results
 
so you're cruising and test and eq? at what doses?

I'm using my regular TRT dose & 200 mg's of EQ/week. So I suppose you could say my "blast" is the EQ.

This is all per my coach, he writes the script and I act it out.

how long will you cruise on that till you blast again? just curious is 200mg of eq enough for an appetite increase?
what are your stats like aswell, your very well educated so im guessing your a much bigger guy than me!

Same here on the igf man, I really feel that it helps. I am usually at 8iu gh on cycle and I typically keep it that high for a while when I come off. About a week after the last dose on cycle I throw in the igf. I only run it for a few weeks on a few off. After the initial igf cycle I drop the gh to around 4 or 5. I have done well the last few times like this.

I don't know how I feel about other peps, I think that there may be something to ghrp, cjc 1295, and huperzine but I run gh and igf so much that I really couldnt tell you the difference they may or may not have made for me.

cheers for the input. keen to try igf towards the end of this cycle and if all goes well il add it to my cruise. i will be cruising about 6months too so adding other PEDs in help keep things interesting anf you motivated to continue to progress, but getting the body back into shape is the main priority.

We'll keep that dose as long as it works, right now the doses are working well in conjunction with the nutrition. Appetite has been up as well as size and strength. If we feel it's worth it to up the dose we may do that @ some point.

We're thinking of my next show being in March and/or April. So I have time to add QUALITY pounds. Too many guys get too far off track during off season and then they're scrambling when prep comes. My philosophy is not to "get in shape" but to never get out of shape.

I'm not that big of a guy. At this stage of the game I don't need to be Superman (Batman, maybe)

I'm 42, 5'8. I don't weigh myself but I've probably in the 175 range. At my show in May I was in the mid-150's with something around 5% BF. The point here is that I've added the weight that I've added but BF hasn't increased very much at all. I can still see abs if I stand the right way.

Quality pounds.

i will probably take a slightly leaner aproach next offseason to see how i respond. im 5 8 about 227 15ish% bodyfat, still got a clear 6 pack but id say im 30lbs over stage weight. always found as a natty i saw better results in lean tissue at higher bodyfats as im a meso/endo. will see how i respond next offseason trying to stay within 15lbs of stage weight and using some drier conpounds.

dropped a few lbs since putting an ai back in though so i may be a few lbs ligher than 227 now.
