Looked at a few websites to find out what I need In a meal plan. I'm 5'7 150 lbs want to gain weight(muscle). But want to be chisled. I workout for 2 hours a day. A little cardiovascular(15min) warm up and then weightlifting. How much carbs calories protein and fat should I consume? Any real meal plan advice?
