Because it's relatively new, and it's a small town. It is the nicest one I have ever been in though.

Everyone shops there so it doesn't attract anyone that wouldn't already have to shop there. There's no Target alternative and Amazon prime doesn't do one day shipping to NE Colorado. psssst there's no minorities in NE Colorado
