getting over a girl

what's the best way to get over a girl? i'm serious. i'm really struggling here and feel like a little girl. feels like i'm dying inside and no matter what I do I can't get her off my mind.

it's almost depressing me and completely killing my motivation and focus. can't bring myself to do things I need to do.

any tips? aside from "bang a bunch of other girls," please.

she doesn't want to be with me... and says we're unhealthy. checking facebook and thinking about her moving on really sucks/hurts.

Find something else to do and move on. Half the population is women they can all be replaced but not if your head isn't in the game. Disconnect all overlapping anything. FB, fuck that unfriend her. Get her out of your circle. As some one said drink beer all night throwing the cans in her yard and around 2 AM go on a drunk rant yelling at her window. Can only hope some huge dude comes out in his undies to beat your ass. That make things much better.

Seriously it depends where you are. You need to put things in perspective. For example, I live in Australia, so my options are Thailand or the Phillipines. Go somewhere where there is thousands of women all wanting you. Kick back for a few weeks and enjoy life.

The only thing that help me is dating another girl then start to like her and you'll slowly forgets about the other girl just don't get ur self stuck in the same rut which I am in now
