Clenbuterol and Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) cycling strategy

For those who have had success with this combo, what did you find the best time on- time off strategy to be?

I have read start Benadryl week three for one week.
Others say run Benadryl from day one for up to six weeks of clen maintaining effectiveness.

I would like to run as long as possible but maintain fresh beta2 receptors.

Please don't make this a 'albuterol is better thread'.
 
I don't think benadryl will make it that more effective.. like where you will be able to run it more than 2 weeks at a time. Get some Keto.. much stronger and better than benadryl. With Keto, you can run Clen forever.. theoretically. But I would stick to 4-6 weeks at a time.. and keep the clen dose moderate.

If your diet and workout are perfect, and you take Clen effectively, then two weeks should give you extremely good results. I would lose over 5lbs a week on Clen. The side effects are horrible and it is very bad for your heart, which is why I am recommending you do not take it for 6 straight weeks. Two weeks on and two weeks off is always the most effective way.

After a day research yesterday, many people seem to have the same results with both benadryl and keto. I think the reason people think keto is better is because there has been a study done with it and clenbuterol with good results.

But I cant find any real comparisons between the two.

So you wouldn't bother with any anti-histamine?

When I did two weeks on and two weeks off, it was still just as effective as the first time, each time I did it. The two weeks off of Clen help your beta-receptors to recover so you should be fine.
 
benadryl is not used as a supplement--it clears out the receptors that get saturated and then not affected by clen after just a few days. Thus,running it is a pain in the ass and the results less than stellar.

Can you elaborate please, because that sounds contradicting.

to be clearer, clen upregulates the beta-adrenergenic receptors(beta-2 receptors) after being downregulated by the clen. essentially, the clen molecule (well a part of it)seats itself in the receptor & sends a message to do what it does (CNS etc.)--the problem is the molecule is not a natural one that has an opposite one that comes along and removes it once it is no longer sending the message so you need something to do so. Benadryl is known to do so (for a bunch of different things not just clen--it's like mr. clean for certain cells). But I have heard stories of it not working after a number of times (which is not surprising as it is not what it is made for anyway).

So if you do a cycle of clen say for two weeks, and you run Benedryl for 4 days to a week (depending on how you react we are all different) you will find it also messes with water retention (and thus constipation) and will make you seriously tired (it's in a lot of OTC sleep meds. I have not read how it impacts muscle growth, if at all, but I suspect (which means I have no f*cking clue but it's a good guess) it probably messes with other processes as well---so in the end you are speeding for 2 weeks and then dragging ass on the third--which is sorts not in sync with the bodies 21 day cycle (endurance guys will tell you every fourth week they lose speed/dead legs/etc--same with bench etc.

so it's a long way of saying it is a compound the will work, then eventually not work; fuck with your energy levels; and some bros even run benadryl the whole time which only hastens how fast it will cease to work. Even then, ketotifen is really the "clen cleaner" but much more expensive and more sides.


SARMS GW-50 may just be the one that really works--I am trying it now.
