Transderm test log

I had heard a lot about the test transderms and decided to try it out for myself. I am gonna be logging this for all those curious people b cuz there really isnt much info about them. This will also be a solo run so i will get a good idea of effectiveness and results.
Stats- 42yo 6' 206lbs 13% bf
Been working out 4-5 days a week for last 3 1/2 yrs during which time i gained 35 lbs of muscle. I use a high rep high set workout which seems to work well for me..
Diet- 6 meals a day consisting of chicken or beef, vegtables, and either rice or potato. Morning meal consists of 6 whole eggs and bowl of oatmeal. I usually also have a snack or two consisting of high protein high fiber cereal, fruit, or crackers. In addition on work out days i drink two hydrolysed shakes and on nonworkout days one shake. I also take fish oil and collagen vitamins.

Cycle-
1-8 tranderm test 50 mgs twice a day= 100 mgs ed
1-8 hcgenerate 3 am/2pm
1-8 aromasin 12.5mgs as needed / eod
6-8 hcg 500 iu twice a week
Pct starting two days after last dose-
9-12 forged post cycle
9-12 forma stanza
9-12 osterine
9-12 daa power chews
9-12 test infusion
I plan on evaluating this cycle as it unfolds and if i feel that the transderm isnt quite doing it i plan on adding in test e at 500 mgs and ending the transderm. This cycle will start on the first of the month and updates will start at that time. I plan on a pretty comprehensive log and if u followed my helladrol log u know i update every workout day. I also adjust diet, supps, etc as needed and nothing is written in stone. Looking forward to the journey and sharing it with you all.

Ok today is day one of my transderm test cycle. After much thought i decided to test his claim of hitting ur system in three hours so three hours before my workout i dosed 50 mgs and then two hrs later dosed the second 50 mgs. Make sure u shake well b cuz the ingredients separate. If shaken well u get a shampoo like liquid that u can rub all over. I applied to chest, shoulders, and stomach. It was a little greasy but absorbed pretty quickly. Bout 10-15 minutes skin was dry. So i kicked back and ate two meals and waited. Within 10 mins skin was burning kinda like how a rash burns but there isnt a rash or skin irritation. As it is absorbed burning goes away. Its not a painful burn but very mild. I would say bout two and a half hours i started to feel energized. Went to gym and did shoulders. Pretty good workout. Nothin to brag about but definately felt energized throughout. Placebo effect? Possibly....but either way i liked it. This will not be my usual dosing protocol just the way i decided to kick it off. Most likely will do 50 mg upon waking up and 50 mg preworkout.

Second day and it was arm day. Worked all arm muscles did about 27 sets of 15 groups of three with last set a drop set. Feeling exhausted but good. Great pump and feeling good. I seem to be more energized but still too early to make any claims yet.

You can just google it for more info on it but basically it is a "lotion" that is used for significant increase in absorption.
 
It was created to transport medicines, chemicals, ingredients, etc by way of skin (transdermal).

Am taking grapefruit caps right now but i think they would be more useful for an oral cycle b cuz based on the research i did they reduce the amount of breakdown in the liver. I will check it out. Any increase in absorption would always be better.

Today was chest day and since ive had the last few days off ive been using the same dosing protocol as the first day. Its worked great so far. While strength is the same there is a definate energy increase. I dont believe the plecebo effect would last this many days nor through the workouts ive been using. If this is a sign of things to come then i definately am looking forward to the kinds of gains i can make. Hit chest from all three angles. Incline, decline, straight. Close grip, flies, etc. All in all about 30 sets plus various stomach exercises that i do every work out.

Today was leg day. I have been doing legs for about two yrs now but have been slacking as of late so ive made a vow to really work them and in one yr have monster legs. Worked every muscle in my legs all sets of 15-20. Really pushed so i know in two days im gonna hardly be able to walk. For some reason it always hits me two days later. On trans test my energy is really kicking in. I really notice it at work and at the gym. At my first job they got me unloading the trucks and theyve mentioned that i seem to have a lot of energy lately...lol appetite has also started to increase. 6-7 meals can be a little tedious and needs a lot of discipline but lately i eat one meal and half an hour later im hungry again. Ive been very disciplined in that ive stuck to a very clean diet and not snacking or eating crap. Ive gone up a few lbs. Im sure its probly water since its so fast but vasularity is still pretty good and seems even more pronounced in the forearms. Hcgenerate has been doin its job so far and havent noticed any differences as of yet. Nipples not sore or sensitive so i havent taken aromasin yet. I am very impressed so far as to the quick effects of the transderm test. Even if in the long run im not satisfied i would definately use it to kick start any cycle. Im definately happy with results so far and will keep u all updated

Yeah, I like using grapefruit caps when taking anything oral like SARMs , supplements, PHs, etc. I really think it can help with absorption with orals but I don't think it will effect you with transdermals.

Today was a rest day. I was feeling a little sore and tender in some of the joints. 4 days straight of workouts and 3-4 hrs unloading trucks a day, so i needed a day of rest.

Ok after a much needed rest today was back day. Legs were sore as hell today and i could barely walk up stairs all day but after two aspirin i hit the gym. 24 sets of 12-15 with dropsets at the end of each group of three and rep range of 20-24 total. Really pushed it today. Got back pumps today but pushed thru. Some sets went less than usual b coz of it but made up the difference by doing more reps. Weight up 5 lbs but i fluccuate 2-3 lbs on any given day so im up at least a few. Appetite has been good and im sticking to my diet plan. May raise carb levels especially in the am b coz have been feeling a little more tired. Been eating more vegtables than potatoes and rice but am now gonna eat a cup of rice with at least meals 2,3,4. I eat 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal at meal 1.

Today was shoulder day and ive been really working on front delts and back delts. Really tryin to get them striated and poppin. So been doin lighter weights and higher reps. Mostly in 14/15 range. Lotta sets as usual with last set a drop set. Today was also the one week mark. One thing i have noticed is that this needs constant shaking. Not just light shaking but vigorous shaking. There is a difference in consistancy and so the ingredients seperate. The mixture is also pretty thick so in order to mix the water and the gel to get a good blended dose requires good shaking or something to put in the bottle to stir up. Other than that ive been pleased with it. Weight is up 5 lbs still so im thinking that its holding steady for now. Im sure mostly water so not to excited but the energy increase is definately pushing my workouts that few extra reps that will push me to the next step. Day off from gym tomorrow so no updates but tomorrow is football day!!

Ok a day late but better late than never...right? Anyways monday chest day. I always go late on monday so i miss the crowds who work chest. Monday is always the busiest day. I could go on a rant but will refrain...lol i getting sidetracked. Was a great workout. Some strength gains and went up in weights on half my workout. Up a few more lbs on the scale as well. Hit chest from all angles and some workouts that are supposed to really help ur poses that i learned from watching train with kai videos. Been doing them for about 4 months and really starting to see some results. These are supposed to be done after ur main chest workout and done to kinda put the icing on the cake. I was a little skeptical but the work for me. Appetite has been good and been really eating. Sticking to my planned diet but allowed myself a cheat day on sunday. Really took advantage but didnt go too crazy. So far havent had to use aromasin. Hcgenerate has been good.

Yesterday was back day. Lifts were good and going up in weight on most lifts. Was really tired until i got to gym where i found aggression and energy i didnt know was there. So far pretty pleased with trans test. Weight is up a few lbs but still doesnt to appear to have affected muscle definition and vascularity. Appear to be leaning out as well so some recomp taking place.

I found an easier way to dose my trans test. Im using an old osterine 1ml liquid dosing plunger(whatever its called). I see now that i was overestimating my dose....so i pull back and fill to almost the top. Its a little thicker than osterine so u may get air bubbles in it and have to push the plunger in till air is out and pull back again. Usually get it filled in two pulls. Ive also decided to finish my cycle wth test e 300 which ive already ordered and should be here in 2 days. Gonna do 2 times a week on tues/fri at 200 mgs a dose. My question is this. I thought test e kicked in at two weeka but ive been reading a lot and it seems that it takes 4 weeks. Is this true? Also if it takes that long to kick in should i wait that long to start pct? I will continue using trans test till test e kicks in and then discontinue use. I will however be using trans test as my kick start from now on as u get almost immediate effects

Sat was arm day and sun was shoulder day. Been busy so late on updates. Gained 10 lbs so far. For any people planning on using trans get an oral syringe. It makes the dosing much more accurate. Sun i also changed my workout routine. Ive been doin high rep for bout 4 months and now doing my version of 5x5. Sun was first day and i am sore today. Felt i was getting into a rut and needed to shake things up a bit. Sun was a great workout tho. I feel i can really make some great progress in next few months with new workout plan.

Today did legs. Really pushed and am hitting records and making good strength gains. Right now at 7-8 lbs from where i started but also seeing a little recomp. It also helps that i spend 3-4 hrs 5 days a week unloading trucks that require lifting 0-150lb boxes of all size and shape. Its basically a really long cardio/lifting session. Since i started working there have really shed fat and helps with toning. I worry bout it having adverse effects when im lifting for size as well but u do what u have to do. So i eat mad carbs throught out the day to provide a constant stream of energy. Im really starting to like where this trans test is starting to take me. The energy in the gym is worth it alone. U younger guys dont know what im Talking bout yet but one day u will....those extra reps are the ones that really count.

Hit chest on wed night. Using my 5x5 version really felt i made good progress. Did my usual incline, decline, and straight as well as a few other finishing sets. The trans test is really starting to shine. Looking fuller and feeling stronger with more aggression in the gym. This is definately something i would recommend to anyone who doesnt want to pin. I was a little skeptical but am now a firm believer in transdermal. Im up 8 lbs in bout a month and feel that i could keep most of it. Perhaps 2/3 of it i believe is muscle....but who know for sure. I still feel that i am as if not more striated muscle wise than before. Being my own worst critic i am definately hard to please.

Sat hit back and today arms. Strength is really starting to kick in or maybe its aggression. Either way im pushing harder and gettin those extra reps. Im really beginning to like this

Im really beginning to like this 5x5 program. I feel that i will make good gains. So far estrogen hasnt been a problem at all. Been checking everyday and evaluating but havent had to take aromasin. I hope that that means im somewhat immune to the aromatizing effects but will continue to monitor closely. Definately recomping. Seeing a lot of slimming at the waist and abs are really starting to become defined.

Thanx liking this cycle. Not feeling too much water retention and supps r definately doin what they supposed to. Hcgenerate is the real deal people and i dont have any affiliation with the company. Its def a must have for on cycle. Anyways today was shoulder day. Making gains in weights every workout now. Strength and aggression is great. Really pushing myself even more at the gym now. Tryin to make every workout a memorable one as well as in the kitchen. Hunger is constant and been feeding it as much as possible. Body is absorbing it and still recomping. Black beans, rice, or baked potatoes are a staple of every meal along with green veggies and meat.

Wed chest day. Hit it hard from all angles. Really starting to see some transformation. Not omg type but slow and subtle. Pumps are great and energy levels are amazing. Last night felt i could go three hours or more. If only it could do sumthin for my lungs...

Also, I know you said you haven't had the need for aromasin but how would you compare the estrogen effects to a test p or e. Are you not sensitive to estrogen related issues in general?

I just switched up to pinning test e and this is the first time ive pinned so im not sure bout the difference. I would say im just not that sensitive since ive been applying 100mgs a day thereby in theory getting about 400 mgs a week. For a first cycle and not wanting to pin its a great way to go. Ive since gotten over my fear of pinning lol keep following the log and i will let u know if it arises as the test e kicks in. Its almost two weeks and i am going to discontinue the trans test in 3 days at my 4th pin of test e. I will also talk bout the differences if there is any. Am pinning 2x200 mgs a week

Today was leg day. Def making big improvements in the leg area. Pushed hard and at one point had to sit down b coz i couldnt walk. Hitting personal bests across the board. I wont lie legs has been an area that ive slacked a little so im happy about the improvements but not surprised due to there being lots of room for improvement due to attention not being so focused as it is now. Really need to get them to show room status lol 8-10 months with workouts like today will def have them close.

Sun was chest day and i killed it. Up across the board in weight and making good progress. So far my weight is up 8 lbs and my bodyfat has dropped by 2%. Stomach work is really starting to show. Especially that bottom abdomen part where the body fat sits that is really hard to get rid of.

Good stuff..any updates on water retention or the need for aromasin?

I took aromasin for bout the first week/week and a half then stopped. Havent taken it since. Been monitoring it on a daily basis tho. Nipples are only sensitive when theyre cold. I feel like my water retention is pretty much the same. I drink a lot of water but also sweat a lot too. I always had a fast metabolism but i really feel like its cranked into 5th gear. Constantly hungry and energized. Feel like i did when i was mid/late 20's. This is my personal experience tho so dont base it upon what will happen for u. I would have aromasin on hand just in case.

You still using the transdermal? Or have you completely switched over/transitioned into the injectable?

I switched to the injectable 3 weeks ago. Ran transdermal 10 days after starting to pin so there wasnt a drop off in test levels

In reading back through your posts, it looks like you gained between 8-10 lbs during your 3 weeks on Trans while seeing consistent strength gains, correct?

Now, 3 weeks into your injectable, have you gained any more weight?

By the way, I've used the same Trans Test but I've been withholding my opinion as you come to your own conclusions. It definitely works, but as you noted earlier, it is hard to be precise with dosing.

To be honest and fair i cant really give an objective and unbiased opinion b coz i kinda ran one into the other so it would be hard to seperate the two. Yes i didnt do bloods while on either so its all opinionated and may widely vary amongst others. On transdermals i started at 205 15% bf and went to 213 and 14% bf strength and lifts up across the board. Im currently at 214 13% bf strength has increased greatly and making continuous gains in lifts. Is it a result of the injectables? Idk it could be the transderm finally beginning to shine as the injectables just start to kick in. I will say the transderm works. I just got tired of the daily application and everything associated with it. I also was gonna pin hcg last two weeks so i said i might as well get over my fear of pinning and got to injectables since that was gonna happen on next cycle no matter what. These are only my opinions being expressed and someone else may not find it tedious and not want to ever pin. The results are very similar. One other thing is there is a price difference. For the transdermal 75 days or three bottles( necessary to run 8 weeks) cost $180. 2 bottles of test e 300mg/ml is only $110 for the same run.

Today was arm day. What can i say that i havent already said. Constant continuous progress. Weight up to 216. Im not too excited b cuz i fluccuate a few lbs either way so will measure over a few days for average. So far estrogen conversion not a problem. Im sure ive put on some water that will disappear when i enter pct. If i can gain 5 lbs and stay at 210 i will consider it a success along with the recomp

Sun did chest b coz everyone does chest mon and i hate having to wait or fight for benches or weights. Today did legs. Making good progress and really pushing hard. Really killed them today. Its been bout 6 weeks since ive taken any aromasin and no sign of gyno so feel lucky that it hasnt happened. Still get slight pip but not as bad as first couple of pins. Usually just a little stiff in my quads.

sounds like things have gone very well for you here

Yes i am pleased with how cycle has gone. Made some good lean muscle gains, strength gains, and recomp. As of last nights scale im up 11 lbs and recomped 2%. By the mirror i am very happy. Def more definition and muscle fullness. Vascularity and striations also beginning to be more pronounced. The energy in the gym is unbelieveable. Feel like im 20's again lol as an older guy its nice to get a little bit of the fountain of youth....

Hit shoulder today. Took a little while to get going and caught myself basically going through the motions so took a moment to gather my thoughts and really make the most of my second half of my workout. Some inspirational words in a log by budda came to mind as well and inspired me. I read others logs and sometimes their perseverance can b an inspiration to u when you need motivation....

Sun did back. Also was last pin. So wed and sun for next two weeks am gonna pin hcg 500 mg per pin. I have a good pct lined up and feeling confident that will have me back to normal quickly. Am running bloods after pct. Just so happened to coincide with my 6 mo physical so will b getting a full eval liver, kidneys, etc. Feeling confident in keeping most my gains. I dont feel im holding too much water but u never know til pct starts.

Monday was leg day. This is the only day that i always go high rep but i also push heavy weight. I pyramid up and then pyramid down. Usually four sets up and 3 sets down. Hit every leg muscle. Legs are really starting to firm up and get nice and tight. Hopin to get those nice striations in the thighs soon....just need to drop some more body fat. Got a little in the legs in the inner thigh. Really dialung in the diet now as attention to cals and fats are gonna be most important as i come off the test. Gonna be extremely strict and adhere to a strict diet with one cheat meal on sun.

Today did chest. Felt tired goin in but after a few reps woke up and hit it hard. End of cycle weight 216=11lb gain + 3% bf loss= 6lbs recomp so total gain=17lbs. will do total net gain after pct. Feel good about that and mirror makes me feel even better.

Up in weights across the board and waiting for that dropoff....dont feel as energized but could be all in my mind but whn i hit the weights its game on. Really pushing the end set dropset. Been working stomach pretty much every workout 60-75 crunches. Hard work is finally paying off. Abs are defined and popping :-)

Mon did back. Been 8 days since end of cycle and waiting two weeks to start pct. Been blasting 1000 hcg 2x a week. So far weight is steady but ester hasnt cleared so not that surprised. Strength and weights are same and making a little progress. Still taking hcgenerate since i got about a weeks doses left and so might as well finish it off.

Today was chest day. Felt really strong today and workout showed it. Up pretty much across the board in reps and weight. Perhaps it was i felt rested....on another note aggression is fading. Not get mad and want to fight aggression but when in the gym or unloading trucks the attack the weights or job kind of aggression. Superman is turning back into clark kent lol today was third shot of hcg and sun the last and will start my pct at that time. So far weight holding steady at 215

Ok took afew days off to rest and recover. Today i would have done legs but my knees have been really sore so i decided to give them another weeks rest. So i did shoulder today. Continue to make good progress. Stamina has dropped off noticeably as well as aggression but ive definately shot past plateaus and feeling good. Took last hcg shot today and started my pct. Clomid, forma, forged post cycle, osterine, etc. Weight is at 216.5 as of today. Feeling good other than some joint soreness but talked to a dietician friend and gonna start eating more green leafy veggies as well as add vit e and collagen into supps.

Today was back day. Half a week into pct and feeling good other than i feel mortal again lol. Weight good at 215. This is my second time using osterine and it will def be a staple in every pct. Ive noticed that ive started to get a little dryer and more def in the muscles coming out. Strength in the gym is still steady and im making small gains albeit not at the pace as before but any gain is still a gain and appreciated. Ive doubled my multi vitamin and added leafy green veggies in to my meal as well as upped my carb intake. It will be a fine balance between maintaining and putting on unwanted fat so will monitor it closely. Upped carbs b cuz i feel flat energt wis

Sun did chest. Workout was good but very noticeable decline in stamina. Loss of some strength but not too much. Still pushing what i was topping out at in the 5x5 but not as many reps. Woke up today sore as well. Havent woken up sore in a long time. Weight is holding steady at 215 so as of now havent lost anything however i believe the osta is helping keep some of the weight b coz after last osta run i lost once i came off. I dont feel like im holding too much water tho and muscle def is pretty good and osta is helping lean me out giving me a good dry look. Getting more vascular and striated. Pretty good for after a "wet" aas to kinda dry up some.

Today was leg day after a two week leg break to rest my knee. Knee was a little sore to start but after a few warm up sets loosened up. Took it easier on the weight and instead concentrated more on higher reps. Gonna go that route for a while before going heavy again. Anyways felt good to work legs again and begin to make progress on them.

sounds like your hanging tough keep going sounds like your getting to the fun part of the cycle

Idk bout u but for me the fun part is when ur strength and stamina go through the roof and u feel like u could lift the gym upon ur back and deadlift it lol but i also see ur point...the tightening up and the dryer part of the cycle where ur hard work really starts to shine

Ok today was shoulder day. Im down a little in weight but that was an expected eventuallity(if thats a word) lol not a lot but enough that it gives u a goal to shoot for. I say to myself u were there and did it and u can do it again. It was still a good workout and am happy with the results. Weight up to 217 down from 218 yesterday but i didnt drink as much water today. Still feel pretty lean and dry. Striations and vascularity continues to improve. One side note i can tell the twst boostwrs are starting to kick in b coz im starting to get acne. Not a lot but a few. When on test i dont get any and my skin clears up. As a kid and young adult i didnt get acne. Only as an adult did it become a problem and so i had to start using proactiv. I can always tell tho when the test boosters kick in b coz they magnify it. Diets been good hitting 275-350 protein 300-350 carbs and im still recomping. Not as fast as before but thats to be expectes and any progress is good progress.

After a few day break i did back today. Was feeling really sluggish so i knew i wasnt gonna be hittin records today so i made sure to get good squeezes at the peaks and really get good full contractions. Was a success in that sense and a workout that i could feel good about. On another note due to ed issues from clomid i dropped it and will update later as i see the results from that decision. After talking to some very experienced vets that i trust i feel that this is definately the best option for me and will still allow me a good full recovery.

Today was arm day. Good work out and not much loss in weight or reps. People have been commenting that ive gotten bigger and asking what im taking so i guess the hard work is paying off. I dont feel that ive grown that much but i see myself everyday so i wont notice changes as much. Ive also noticed my appetite has dropped some. Had to force myself to eat some meals but making sure i hit my macros. Cant let eating be my downfall.

Two and a half weeks into pct and im holding steady at 215 lbs. Osta is cleaning up everything gettin me striated and more vascular. Joints were a bit sore but glucosamine and msm r starting to make them feel better. Worked chest today and have backed down a little in the weight and gone more medium weight at a higher rep. Trying to save the joints a little as i progress more into higher reps to tighten up my gains a bit more. Have already given thought to my next cycle in a few months but gonna research more. Was thinking test e 500mg with a tbol kick start. I like the slow steady gains and dont want to blow up too fast. But anyways feeling good tomorrow gonna set up appt to get my bloods done in 1.5 weeks and will update with results after getting them done. Am interested as to results considering that i primarily did a test booster pct having dropped the clomid after one week.

Today hit shoulders. Tomorrow will be the three week point for pct and so far its been ok but a learning experience for sure. I feel fine but there are some probs and i think ive narrowed it down to low estrogen. From all the research i read everyone preached bout high estro but i didnt see anything bout low estro. In some ways i think its worse b coz theres really nothin u can do but wait for it to rebound. Theres many things to do for high estro. I am planning on goin in for bloods here real soon. Am intersted in how low and how my others scores are gonna turn out. Anyways workout was good. Have kinda settled in and found my post cycle starting point. Still above what i was at pre cycle so i feel that ive made decent gains and that a full 10 wk cycle pinning from the start would be more beneficial for me next time. Appetite has slowed some but im still eating on schedule and my goal macros.

Its been a few days since my last update. Ive been slackin a little....sun i did back, mon i did legs, and today i did arms. Weight has been steady although im continuing to slim down albeit slowly. Strength is decent and im making slow progress. Ive cut back a little in the amount of meals but still getting 250-300 g of protein and 300-350 carbs. Ive set up my appt to get my bloods drawn for next wed. Will post results when available.

Today was chest day. Love those early morning workouts. Full of energy and ready to push heavy weight. Was hitting weights and reps that i was hitting on cycle and came away very pleased. Getting good full contractions and really working the chest from every angle. I really feel like my hormones are returning to normal as well but i know only bloods will confirm this. I also realize that its still gonna take a little while to get back enough where i would feel comfortable doing another cycle. Thinking about a very early spring/late winter cycle in feb. The info that ive learned this cycle will def help in the next.

Last day of pct. Went and did shoulders. Im interested how much i will lose once osta is done. Im hoping not too much. Have maintained everything and still at 215. Wed doing bloods so hopefully all in all a successful cycle.
