This stretches what can be a lawful homicide to the extremes.
More than 13,000 murders per year, I wonder how many 'lawful' homicides there are that don't show up in the murder statistics.
Seriously, you follow somebody around - you get into a violent altercation, you end end up shooting them dead.
The result: Nothing? Not guilty of anything?
So, how often does this happen? That somebody shoots and kills somebody and it is not ruled an unlawful homicide?
Sounds like a dangerous place up there.
