It's true

Piss off slagg.

I didn't ask you to mouth off to me. Who do you think you are?

Dont get mad at smurf. She probably just saw you making a u-turn on her street the other day and now simply wants some answers as to what the fuck kind of shenanigans you were planning.

Yes Bound, manslaughter is on the table

Well, just glancing at the definitions:

Murder (United States law) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Murder 2 requires the prosecution prove intent to murder. Since there was a violent altercation between Zimmerman and Martin, proving intent is pretty much impossible beyond a reasonable doubt.

Involuntary manslaughter seems the much more feasible charge.

A lot of the argument here seems to be over who was at fault for the violent altercation between Zimmerman and Martin.

Zimmerman - violent, racist, wanna-be cop racially profiling Martin?

Or Martin - violent, drug-using, aggressive thug confronting/assaulting innocent neighborhood watch volunteer for doing his job?

And why does a case like this divide a country/society?

Manslaugher definition in Florida

Florida Involuntary Manslaughter Laws - FindLaw

Manslaughter Laws

When a homicide, the killing of a human being, does not meet the legal definition of murder, Florida state laws allow a prosecutor to consider a manslaughter charge. The state establishes two types of manslaughter: voluntary and involuntary. While voluntary manslaughter describes an intentional act performed during a provocation or heat of passion, involuntary manslaughter does not require an intent to kill or even an intent to perform that act resulting in the victim's death.

To establish involuntary manslaughter, the prosecutor must show that the defendant acted with "culpable negligence." Florida statutes define culpable negligence as a disregard for human life while engaging in wanton or reckless behavior. The state may be able to prove involuntary manslaughter by showing the defendant's recklessness or lack of care when handling a dangerous instrument or weapon, or while engaging in a range of other activities that could lead to death if performed recklessly.

Why does this case divide people in America?
I'll let Howard University students answer that

"No_limit_nigga" is such an immature online handle. Especially for a kid. Real men come up with something witty like "Dabuffguy" for a handle when posting self-righteous dribble on a forum geared towards steroids and other illegal activities.

Because it is meant to divide the country. And to distract. While other BS goes on in the White House and else where that matters much more.

I also wonder how zimmerman is getting a fair trial in the first place if the jury is all women.
Doesnt seem like its being tried by a "jury of your peers"

Because most American's are ignorant pieces of shit, with sad pathetic lives, who's only joy in life is to impart their morals and teachings on the rest of the world.

I see you checked into Drudge this morning.

The seeds have already been planted for the talking points if he is indeed convicted: The judge is a liberal activist leftist marxist Democrat (despite being appointed to her position by Jeb Bush), and Zimmerman couldnt be judge impartially by a jury of all wimminz.

I guess we should count our lucky stars that none of the jurors ended up being bliques.

I blame the 24 hour sensational news cycle combined with our love of turning every issue into a left vs right, us vs them issue as if were watching soccer in fucking Brazil.
