If this is your first cycle then you are way over your head in compounds. Do yourself a favor and run a simple Test /dbol cycle for your first cycle. In order to gain or see results on compounds you need to dial your diet in and eat high in protein. I am assuming you have been training a minimum of 2 years heavy? No amount of steroids in the world will not give you results if your training and diet are not in check. Run the following and you will see results. Its a simple cycle that has been proven over time to produce results.

Week 1-12
Test 350 to 500 split on Sundays and Thursday.
Week 1-5
Dbol 20 mgs per day. You can bump this up to 30 if you like.

Remember, the faster you blow up the faster you will LOSE your gains as soon as you come off. Keep it simple and low dose and gain and keep some quality lean muscle. Best of luck on your cycle.

Given yhe compounds he has listed it looks like he wants to stay lean and dry. Wouldnt tbol be a better choice than dbol?

is this your first cycle? if it is, the amount of compounds you're taking is stupid high.

I would expect someone running that much to be well over 200lb, below 10% bf, and you're asking how often you should be eating?

My best advice is stop everything and get on a good diet, when you dialed in the diet and training you can start with a simple test cycle.

Holy moly there is no need for all those compounds on a 1st cycle..

If you get some adverse reaction how will you know what caused it?

I think the cycle looks good, I would not recommend this for a first cycle, but he has all the supports listed, an has a good gameplan. I would shorten tho cycle to 10 weeks tho and start the var a week earlier and end it at week 13. Also start your PCT at week 13 instead of 14, those are short esters you are using so a 2 weeks period between last pin and PCT may be too long.

im 33 and 230 pounds 6ft. 1" been lifting weights working out since 27 so 5 years! Been cycleing on and off since then...This is not my 1st cycle but it is my first cycle with so many compounds. I usually do 2 diff compounds...my only concern i have is diet! I know i need lots of protien obviously , but i am currently on 1 hour of cardio a day avg.4 days a week while on cycle i plan on only doing half of that 3-4 days a week 30 min a day n the AM and lift weights 4 days a week in the PM. My thing is i am still trying to slim down (very toned in all body parts except for stomach) so based on that what is the perfect diet? Been researchng diff diets and found a few diff ones. Or I cans tick to my current diet of:

oatmeal / cottage cheese / fruit / oat toast / egg whites, coffee (BREAKFAST/pre cardio split up day to day)

grill chicken with a veggy side (after cardio work out)

grill chickn, steak, spinach salad, lowfat dress, sweet potatoe (lunch split up day to day)

chicken, steak, lean pork or fish with veggy and sweet potatoe (dinner)

and of course about 1 or two shakes in between during the day (always one right after weightlifting)...

you should try doing your cardio on an empty stomach before eating breakfast, that is when your body is primed to burn the most fat.

There is a big no no IMO. Do cardio pre breakfast not post. Fasted cardio is much more effective IMO for someone that does cardio in the am. I also feel that a carb cycling diet would be most beneficial for you. Those excess carbs are great for bulking but terrible when cutting.

will take your guys advise in regards to cardio!!! going to research ''carb cycling diets'' right now. any help on them would be helpful!

carb cycling is quite simple. There is different ways to set them up but it is based on having high, medium, low, and no carb days. I personally have my high and medium carb days on the days i work larger muscle groups and the lower and no carb days are on ones that a smaller muscle group is worked or an off day. Or say that your shoulders are a weakness of yours, you could have a high carb day then for better recovery. My week plan for carb cycling looks like this:

Mon - Chest - High Carb
Tues - Back - Med Carb
Wed - Shoulders - Low Carb
Thurs - Off - No Carb
Fri - Legs - High Carb
Sat - Arms - Med Carb
Sun - Off - Low/No Carb

awesome layout! i figured that much! my thing is the actual diet and how to change it up so im not eating the same thing every day! what do you eat on those days? My work out regime is similar to yours:

monday-chest
tuesday-back
wed-legs
thursday-shoulders
fri-arms
sat -off
sun-off

I eat basically the same thing everyday, it is like a pattern. It is just the way I do things and I have no desire to change. I mix in some cheat meals on high carb days to get cravings out of the way. And I eat normal things, Oatmeal and Eggs for breakfast, Brown Rice, Chicken or Fish, and Veggies for other meals. Whey Protein and simple carbs post workout.. nothing out of the ordinary.

with your layout, I would go like this:

monday-chest-high
tuesday-back-med
wed-legs-high
thursday-shoulders-med
fri-arms-low
sat -off-low/no
sun-off-no

perfect! that sounds awesome! i will start googling some meals. Can you give me a basic layout of what you eat and approx how much of it since this diet is supposed to be weighed up per meal....

mind you i get up at 6:45am daily so i can get to gym on an empty stomach at 7:30 spend 30 min doin cardio there and burn about 350 calories then eat breakfast at about 8:15-8:30am...i do weights gym after work about 7pm...

yeah, this is a typical monday for me, which is chest day, and high carb. I workout on an empty stomach as soon as i wake up. I take a pre-workout drink with BCAA's before hand.

Post-Workout:
100 grams Dextrose
2 Scoops Whey

Breakfast:
6 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Dry Oats
Mixed fruit salad (Apples, Blueberries, Melon)

Meal 3:
8 oz Chicken
1 Cup Brown Rice
2 serving green veggie. Either brocoli or green beans

Meal 4:
2 Scoop Protein shake
Handful of Almonds or other Healthy fats

Meal 5:
8 oz Chicken
2 Serving Green veggie
Olive Oil

Meal 6:
8 Oz Chicken
2 Serving Green Veggie
Olive Oil

Meal 7:
1 Cup Cottage Cheese or 1 Scoop Casein.

That is a high carb day for me. I get between 300-350 grams of carbs from this. On a medium carb day, I will eat pretty much the same thing but cut all the carb servings in half except the post workout dextrose, and veggies. Low Carb days have all the fruit and grains out. And no carb has everything out of it. This is what works for me.

Also it is wise to right down a food journal to keep track of everything.
