Is my cutting diet bad?

I seem to be losing weight really slow. 6'0 198 15-16% (according to tamia bf tester or whatever its called)

Currently changed to IF. First meal is..
2- while egg
1tsp coconut oil to fry eggs
4- egg white
2- 2 scoops protein (120 cals each, low carb)
1 cups spinach or swiss chard
Small yogurt cup with 140g added blackberries or mixed berries.
1 tbsp ketchup on eggs
1 tbsp scotch bonnet hot sauce (0 cals)

Meal 2

6oz - pork tenderloin or chicken or beef.
1 scoop protein
122-240g mixed veg or mixed beans
1-2 tbsp Diana sauce on near
1tsp of sruracha sauce on veg

Meal 3 - tuna salad
Can tuna
1cup kale
30g mixed nuts
1tsp Olive oil
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
Some splashes of Tabasco/hot sauce
Using my fitness pal I tweak adding some things to hit 1900 cals

Training is 7 days/w usually with 30 min+ cardio after every lifting session. Example...
Legs + cardio
Chest + cardii
Back + cardio
legs + cardii
Chest + cardio
Back + cardio

Currently ending week 4...also on osta 15-20mg day.. just added hcg for month 2.

Any advice would be great

You could add in a fat burner like n2burn to give some additional help. Either way weight loss takes time just be patient.

You're eating 3 meals a day????? Google "catabolic"

You're GROSSLY over training by training 7 days a week....where are your arms and shoulders??

Meal 1: drop the ketchup it has a ton of salt & sugar
Meal 2: pork, see above...what cut of beef? Just stick with chicken or turkey

You seem to be adding a lot of sauces, check the label they probably also have a lot of salt & sugar.....

I'm doing IF... I eat from 6-12am.

I don't train arms or shoulders directly. My triceps are already large and shoulders arent lagging. I don't want big arms. Shoulders get worked slightly with jerks.

What do the macro totals end up at?

What is Diana sauce?

EZ has a good point about the sauces. I don't think using ketchup is too bad as it usually only has ~15 cals per tablespoon. Sriricha sauce has something like 100 calories per tablespoon, though, almost pure sugar. Those extra calories can really add up.
 
Macros are roughly 50/25/25 sometimes protein is 45ish and carbs/fat are a couple higher

Yea I took EZ's advice in cutting some of the sauces.. its tough getting plain reheated meat down tho. Sriracha is 15cals per 15ml. And I use very little anyway. About 20-30 ml when I did use it.


Ive had some people say I'm eating too little but I don't think my true maintenance is that high. I'd guess it's around 2500-2700. Just based on what im guessing I used to eat before i started weighing everything.
I weighed in today since last weigh-in and I'm down 3 pounds from 9 days ago(since starting IF) which surprised me so I'm gonna keep at it for now.

Think I found my new cutting program(IF) and thanks for All the advice guys
