Best compounds for calorie deficit?

Anotech

New member
So when I start my cutting cycle next month, I will be in a caloric deficit of 800 everyday but don't want to lose too much of the muscle I've gained this year. My cycle will consist of Clen&T3 and Tren.... Im looking to lose about 8-10lbs of fat in 2 months which should be easy.

What compounds should I use to protect in the deficit? Tren? NPP? Dbol?

Stats-
192lbs
13%
5'10

Pretty solid, tren should be enough an you'll lose a heap of fat with the clen and t3. Only thing I would consider adding is anavar and possibly low dosing aromasin, per contest style, you should fall into single digits quite nicely

I don't know what you should take but we have about the same stats and I'm eating 3000 or more to maintain. I would think you're gonna loose a lot at 800 no matter what. My wife is 160 and eats 2000 plus and she's shreaded.

so what is this, a trial run?
i want to hop on stage late next year and im doing the same at the moment, sitting at 174lb, 5'7 and close to 10%, ive been running tren only along with 1mg adex every day and using clen, no t3 because im not a huge fan of it. going to use some winstrol and go hard for a final 5 weeks and i should be a few % away from where i want to be next year. i have cut up very very slowly but i have hit the nail on the head and plan to stay pretty lean all year so when it comes time to compete i can get it done confidently

In addition to anabolics, I'd look into a type of fat that cannot be stored and converts rapidly into ketones- medium chain triglyceride oil (aka coconut oil). Ketones are 25% more efficient than glucose for deriving energy. Its the preferred source of energy for the heart, and during our caveman days ketones were how we survived in between meals. Normally ketones are the leftovers of triglyceride metabolism. Adding "MCT oil"directly to the diet allows the heart to run on ketones, and spares glucose to the cells for uptake into muscles. Replacing regular oil in your diet with MCTs also spares the enzyme that breaks down long chain triglycerides, so there is more of that enzyme available during times inbetween meals when fat oxidation is occurring. Here is a study outlining some in vivo studies where MCT oil was added to fairly average diets (versus ketogenic diets, where MCT oil use is predominately found). Physiological Effects of Medium-Chain Triglycerides: Potential Agents in the Prevention of Obesity

Human studies have mainly compared the effects of MCT vs. LCT in single-meal or single-day experiments. Scalfi et al. (3) evaluated the effects of a single mixed meal containing MCT on postprandial thermogenesis and examined possible differences in the thermic response between lean and obese men. Subjects consumed a meal containing 15% of energy from protein, 55% from carbohydrate and 30% from fat, in the form of corn oil (CO) and animal fat or MCT oil (56% octanoate, 40% decanoate) in random order. Energy expenditure measurements were conducted before and for 6 h after consumption of the meal. Total EE was 48 and 65% greater in lean and obese individuals, respectively, after MCT compared with LCT consumption. Similar results were obtained by Seaton et al. (4) comparing the effects of MCT or CO on EE after a single meal. Energy expenditure peaked at 16% above baseline after MCT consumption compared with 5% for CO.

Yeah I'm just trying things out and seeing how my body reacts to the contest prep so I'm not jumping into my show with blind intentions.. At 165 and 5% I would look amazing
