Anastrozole is arimidex my man.
Use .5mg eod.

Anastrazole is not aromasin, it's armidex. U should dose .5 mg eod. DO NOT TAKE 12 AT A TIME!!!

Cali beat me to it...bro, .5 is 1/2 a tab, so you are fine. If you took 5 tabs like you said that would be taking 5mg, if you can't figure this stuff out, maybe you need to rethink AAS all together, not trying to be a jerk but really!!!
