Ok so im here to pick the people that know what there talking about. Ok so im taking test 400 1ml jab Sunday and Wednesday so twice a week. I know what ai im running but its the amount to run there's a lot of different opinions. So im goin to ask this question with the type of cycle im doing what dosage should I be taking on all types of ai available this includes nolva (of course nolva isn't recommended at all just for information purpose) please if you know comment with the info thank you

Nolva is a serm not an ai.. So that is useless. You can run aromasin 12.5 mg eod as a start and if you need to up the dosage to Ed then do so. Also there is arimidex. Start at .5 mg eod and up the dosage to Ed if needed. Lastly there's letro. This is way to strong to used on a cycle so it's not recommend.

If I understand you are running 800mg total test wk? Please tell me this is not your first or second cycle ?


and yes.....besides being a SERM....nolvadex is garbage. Lots of side effects. Some of which can be serious (blood clots ect)

There are MUCH safer options. Aromasin being 1 and Arimidex being 2.

I prefer Formastanozol as my AI on cycle at 5 pumps twice per day, but adex or aromasin are other great options

800mgs of test per week is a lot (assming 400mg/ml), so you're bound to get estrogenic side effects. Try going with 1mg of Arimidex ED if you're estrogen sides prone or switch to aromasin.

as everyone else has already told you, that is way too much test... its completely unnecessary... i would go with aromasin at 12.5 mg eod...

Its much more effective to run low doses of several drugs than huge doses of one. Id go 1/2 ml twice a week, and add something else. What are your goals and experience?

Ok right guys dammm i first joined this site to ask about my 1st cycle and alot said depending on the test you can pin twice a week, my test is 150 cyp 150ena and 100 prop i was advised on this site 12 weeks pin twice week at 1ml per pin, i also did my own research and got the same answers so wow am i confused right now :/. as for the ai im taking adex ed 0.5ml and im having no sides no itchy nips etc etc. But seriously im so confused now i was only after ai info on all ai types now im getting pining test twice a week is over the top im goosed lol....But please im open to anything right now and just want proper focused stright answers from you guys please im kinda bricking it as its my first cycle and many are saying diff things to me.
