Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below First, I love how much more liberal Dr's are becoming these days. My wife went in for blood work and the Dr. said her test levels were nearly zero. She was prescribed SL 2mg ed. what do you think it is... a form of oral methyl test? I know SL is sub lingual....but it doesnt tell the type...

I know y'all don't necessarily appreciate women posting in here but just as an FYI there are multiple types of SL test. If she's getting bioidentical HRT (which means the prescription will come from a compounding pharmacy, instead of, say, CVS), then it's plant derived, theoretically it is virtually identical to the molecular profile of natural test. versus the "man made" varieties of test. (methyltestosterone, etc.)

depends on the doctor but if you go in there knowledgeable and knock their socks off they will give you whatever you ask for within reason. always prepare yourself before going in. don't be a smartass to them, but just give them information and knowledge. my chiropracter when i went in wearing my tanktop was so interested in discussing bodybuilding with me.. we spent the first 30 minutes and he wanted to know my diet, my workouts, what i took etc etc. i could of asked him for anything at that point and he would of given it to me.
some docs no matter what won't listen, i went in and i had bronchitis one time and the doc refused to give me Zpac, she insisted i had the flu even though i get bronchitis in my chest every spring when the oaks shed and the only thing that makes it go away was anti-biotics.. and zpac is the only one that doesn't make me sick. so i finally just ordered it online and after 3 days felt much better.. i was coughing up brown shit for 3 weeks at that point. some docs think they know more than you after a 30 second check
