Tren E Log. Let's get big and sexy.

Okay bors this is the scoop.
Just started Tren E only cycle.
Sticking at 300mg/Wk.
First pin was this past Monday, I always pin am.
Current stats.
5'7
185-190lbs(fluctuation)
On cycle support supps: Prolactrone
Pct: Anabolic innovations post cycle
Testopro
Liquid Clomid.
(Just wanted to try orbit supps)

Maintained almost all strength gains from previous cycle of sust 350.

I'm going to be posting pictures at the end of every week, also been out of the gym for 13 days due to a broken hand, no size or weight loss and doc says shouldn't hinder strength.
Well I'm back to 100% and today is the first workout. Pull day.
I'll log the workout afterwards .
Looking forward to this ten week journey and to get strong as fuxk!

I considered yea.. But my moderate dosages shouldn't really cause anything to negative. Prolactin is the number 1 concern

Weights I felt were pretty good, hand was a tad sore but overall it was awesome. My cardio is already seemingly taken a hit.. Felt pretty powerful though.. Going to switch it up so I can go heavier on biceps next time.

Okay so im gonna throw up a pic for end of week one. Well basically.

Wish the Tricep weights were a little more impressive. But I did a lot of work including warm ups, with tren I'm noticing I don't fatigue, just all of a sudden I can't lift anymore weights..
Finished up with 10 mins of moderate elliptical.
 
Running proviron with tren and love it, mix that with n2 shred stack and thats a cocktail for fatloss. You look great man, keep it up
 
Did some cardio and abs this morning , feeling that my cardio took a decent hit, hoping my omegas help with that.
Feeling .. Intense I guess I could call it. Very energetic but aggressive energy. Not so much angry, but just assertive, confident. Doing back and bi's today, couple new exercises.. Pumped to see some strength.

Was it our breathing that took a hit or was it your heart? When I was on tren it felt like I was being strained in the heart but could breath just fine. Just wondering how it treats different people.

Why 15 reps for legs? You have 8 reps everyother exercises, do the same for legs and move the weight up...just my opinion. Start the week out with arms? I have those end of the week...anyway good from a glance.

They're lacking and I figure they should be well enough to utilize as a secondary muscle on back and chest etc

Gotcha! Try it out and just make sure when you hit them that you can't walk the next day...lagging on me as well, hitting them tomorrow morning...squats, press, seated squats, extensions, curls, & stiffs...done!

We need to get you to hit those wings a little more bro...wide grip pull ups, close grip pulldowns, crucifixes, exercises to pop those lats buddy! Traps look good, the rest of your back is pretty thick...work on your lat spread pose as much as you can to get the feel.

Yeah I like my back this pose was honestly to see what my arms looked like from the back hahaha: I held my arms in to see the tri's but I'll post one up of a regular stance relaxed. It will help you critique the lats a bit more.. Any help I can get is good
 
I don't even know the last time I came up for air.. I've been dicking everything haha.

I notice my sex drive stays constant during tren only.. the difference is i'm way more aggressive and crazy .. like even the smell of pussy makes me nuts. or seeing a woman in a mini skirt.

Hey guys just wanted to go over my diet with you guys and some other fun facts about the Tren experiment as well.


7:30
Protein shake (78g protein)
Alongside B6 And my Omega 3's

9:30
3/4 of a cup of Plain Greek yogurt.
One scoop of whey and water.

12:00
2 breasts of chicken
(300-350g)

2:00
1 cup of quick whole oats with a scoop of whey.

5:00
Chicken wrap and cup of milk,

Post workout
Shake(78grams protein)
Green beans(whole)
Another B6


Before bed I will have 1 cup of ground beef and 3/4 of a cup of plain Greek yogurt.

Getting an estimated
360-400g of protein a day
With est. 3500-4000 clean calories.

After I starting cardio and everything leading to day 1 of the Tren experiment I had cut a bit and weighed just shy of 180lbs.
I am now sitting at 187 and just took my third shot yesterday.
Goes to show how much of your gains are attributed to diet and training!!

Why do your back workouts mostly consist of pulldowns? Just wondering.. I got alot of good back development once I dropped alot of pulldowns and did mostly rows..

This^ rowing will build a wide thick back, I would only do 1-2 max exercises with pull down movements

broke 200 this week!!!'
so fucking stoked.
also cool fun fact. cannot touch my shoulders when i flex haha.
im up to 8 plates a side legpress,
still only squatting to just so i can go atg.
incline bench is 2 plates.
flat bench is 110 dbells a side.
decline dbel is 87.5's
curling a plate a side.
im doing barbell rows with a plate and a 25.
shoulder pressing 80lb dbells.
so far for sides.. none.
not one single side.
i am coming up to my sixth shot monday, unfortunately i have no new pics..
but i have time off now. so look forward to more updates!
 
also quick question. in eference to the straight bar curls.. this week i was unable to perform them, sent a horrible shooting pain down thru my forearms.. felt deep, almost in my actual forearm bones.. anyone have anything similar..? im going to just go to 110lb atraight bar see if i notice any relief.. i can alt dumbell curl heavy still.. also. how the fuck is this shit so awesime. im 200lbs and my abs are starting to get sick as fuck.. wow.

I go through this off and on..I always just take breaks from sbar curls when this happens. I do some ez bar curls when this happens.. Also it could be that you're forearms are lacking compared to bicep strength.. Id lower the weight or switch it for a dif exercise.. I hate when this happens bro!
 
my forearms were so overbearing before i never payed much attention.. but that is a very viable option, yeah it does fuckin suck..

Bro, try your straight bar, camber bar, DB curls with your elbows back behind you so that the bar is moving up and down in a straight line. basically rubbing up and down your abdomen. with the elbows back behind you it will isolate the bicep WAY more. Curling out in front of you puts an assload of stress on the forearms. This is good when they grow ofcourse but bad when they hurt and get overworked. Its what I do most of the time as I have a seriously hard time isolating the biceps.

NP bro. Also try to use your hands just as hooks, thumbs out to the side or under the bar with your palms. not squeezing the hands will help too.

if this problem is translating over into your back/pulling movements then I would suggest maybe using some hooks or straps temporarily until it eases up.
Chances are your forearms are just a big overworked knotted mass. See if you can find a massage therapist or PT in your area that specializes in "active release" therapy. It works. Having an issue with my right forearm with the palmerus longus muscle. Its a small thin muscle that not everyone has. it was like solid concrete. Few weeks of active release and ultrasound therapy and its getting steadily better. Accupuncture never hurts either.
