OK all I've finished the SARMs Triple Stack and had some decent results, lost approx 18-20 lbs fat, gained 4-5 lbs muscle. I'm actually pretty fuckin happy. Thanks Dylan, Stevesmi, all the Bros that gave input and always post solid information on EF.
I was going to run for 8 wks but I still had Osta and S4 left (GW ran out at wk 7) so I kept after it until the bottles ran out which shook out to about 9.5 wks total.
Workout routine was pretty standard. Woke up and hit the streets for a 20 min run or the gym for 30 min elliptical. Evening workout started with 30-60min of cardio (another run, bike, elliptical), hour of weights (4day split),then finished with intervals for 10-20mins on non leg days.
Here's the supps:
S4: 25mg AM (pre-cardio), 25mg Noon, 25mg PM (pre-workout)
Ostarine: 25mg AM (pre-cardio)
GW501516: 10mg AM, 10mg PM (pre-workout)
Albuterol: 5mg AM (pre-cardio), 5mg Noon (pre-lunch), 5mg PM (pre-workout)
ECA(alternating w/ Albut): AM (pre-cardio), 3pm (so it'd wear off by bedtime)
Forged Burner/Rasberry Ketones (alternated in a couple wks): AM (pre-cardio), 3pm (so it'd wear off by bedtime)
Forma Stanzolol: 5 pumps AM, 5 pumps PM
HCGenerate: 3 AM, 2 PM
N2Slin: 2 before lunch, pre-workout shake, last meal
Taurine: 1500mg PM (pre-workout)
Multi-Vit, Fish Oils, Forged Joint Support
Diet was pretty strict:
High Protein, Moderate-Low Carbs, Very-Low Fat
Cut every bit of sugars possible
Ran a consistent deficit of 500 cals
Basically a couple shakes, lots of turkey, fish, chick breast, egg whites, 1% cottage, fat free greek yogurt, pecans, pistachios, and a shit ton of good veggies.
I've started PCT (5-6wks of Unleashed/Post Cycle/Forma/low dose HCGen)and now it's time to start planning a kick ass cycle for September!
