I just got proposed to...

I barely own any, just a couple things that were my mom's, I rather get work done to the house, a tablet or a new video card for special ocassions LOL

I don't wear it that much either which I guess is why it seems so thoughtless to receive it. I'm not a gift person anyway.

I'm huge on gifts if they are thoughtful, unforunately my husband sucks at that, cant remember the last time he got me something on his own. :( however when he finds out something i want he highly encourages me to get it until I do, even stuff I wouldnt have bought myself cuz I'm too cheap :D recently he made me get a video game I've been dying to get but was too cheap to buy lololol

He got you a chapped asshole

lol at guys giving feedz a hard time like they never dated a girl who kept the crazy under wraps early on. Members of both sexes are capable of seeming normal at first, seems like she ditched the dude once she realized he didn't belong in that category anymore lol.

I don't think I've ever gotten jewelry as a gift (with the exception of an engagement ring, once). I almost never wear it, except earrings, and I'm notorious for losing them (or at least one of a pair, anyway. The clothes drier sock ninjas also favor my earrings), so it would be an indication of not really knowing me at all if I ever got something like that.

should I return these diamond earrings then?

my diamond earrings were bought to replace the ones I had for years but were lost in the fire
my peridot and diamond pendant is my birth stone and actually the ex bought that

my right hand diamond ring was my original engagement ring was my original engagement ring...he was broke when he bought it and he was always ashamed of it (I wasn't)
my left hand diamond ring is my replacement engagement ring which was a designer piece with canary diamonds and a large clear (white) center stone that I fell in love with visiting my neighbor at the jewelery (correct spelling) she works at
and my diamond eternity band is obv my wedding ring

this is my every day jewelery..the rings come off at night so I dont cut my face...the earrings and pendant stay on

I was given diamond earring jackets for my diamond earrings to go out because I have a scar in one earlobe that makes me self conscious..the jackets cover the scar

I love rings and would wear more if it wasn't tacky..and I had more rings...I have two other diamond rings and a big aquamarine ...all three are family pieces..I love the aquamarine but it gets beat up easy

in short I adore jewelery more than almost anything else
