I'm thinking 2800 calories/day. I love fruit so I eat a good amount of strawberries and blueberries. Protein intake is 210/day. I eat tons of eggs, oatmeal, broccoli so that's a plus. The goal of this cycle is to drop bf%. It's about 13-14% right now. 6'1 210. Cardio Sun/tues/thurs/ 2.5 miles. Run a mile before every workout for warmup (love running) So there it is critique my way of thinking guys!
