they framed me quite nicely at work, I was given a write up because a call NOBODY trained me on and everyone refused to help me on went wrong, everyone knew I was the only one handling it because my other co-worker was out of the office that day, I even asked my boss for help on it and she half assedly helped me for like 3 minute and left, we have a statement of work/protocol to follow for each call, I followed it to the letter, the shit I "didnt do" is not in that statement of work.
Also it seems a particular account went pass the usual service level without being touched(I was the only one who worked on it twice but no tech would go) and I'm being given a write up for that too, my coworker of course is not getting one, eventhough she's does the exact same work I do and was supposed to work it too, so the HR lady called me in and told me she will gladly lay me off now and wont contest unemployment or I can stay in a different department (but with the same boss) but one more write up and I'll be fired and they WILL contest unemployment, so in other words they told me either I leave now nicely or I leave later harshly.
Oh and I got this new position because the old girl got a job as a teacher and quit, then her new job fell through and she crawled back so was placed as a temp somewhere else in the company, now that her temp is almost up they are doing this with me, did I mentioned she is BFF with my boss and HR... yeap... I'm pretty sure I'm being kicked off to make room for her again
I dont kow if I should stay or go, husband says it's a blessing in disguise for me to finally GTFO of his place and get a better job... I dont know what to do, they clearly dont want me thee anymore but am scared of being unemployed for long.
